Yes that’s pretty much what the plot is insinuating. Rongqing was also dealt an unfair fate since the beginning of the drama…so him going back also makes sense
I have a question.. why sometimes in Cdramas we see they put the wedding ring on index finger or middle finger?…
This could be just me but I remember hearing somewhere that they wear engagement ring on the middle finger and wedding ring when married is on the normal finger.
What is this train wreck… -I can excuse the kindergarten romance with 2 lousy kisses throughout and a marriage that commence in ep1 but only became a real couple if they ever were in the end. Not to mention useless misunderstandings & no chemistry whatsoever mainly from the FL’s character. -I can also excuse the the poor CGI and the non-existent or maybe forgettable OST. But lack of character relation, banter, writing, some seriously poor acting and plot was just mind blowing bad 😂 48 episode of not a single decent banter or something funny was surreal. I mean if all of the characters were to be kill off I wouldn’t feel bad at all…maybe all except the Nanny in ML’s household. Lol. All the character’s writing was just so disconnected. And that bracelet that was a strong plot direction from ep 1 slowly disappeared and was never mentioned again in 2nd half till the end which itself was a mystery of plot holes. The only deserving character here that got me continuing was the ML and I’m not even sure I’m a fan. I skipped a lot and I mean ALOT to get to the end so I guess I wasn’t disappointed so much with wasting my time but I can finally cross this off from my watchlist.
It happens more often that you think in the real world. I should know 😂 now happily married with 2 kids to…
Yes it’s very frowned upon there…Korea has one of the world’s lowest birth rate and was illegal to have abortions for this reason but I think they changed that a few years ago. Not because of changes in birth rate but I think for women’s right and safety cause many risked their lives to abort unplanned pregnancy. I think that’s why they put in dramas to encourage women to keep them and to think negatively towards abortions. Just my thoughts though…since China do these with their dramas regarding banning certain topics to be highlighted in their media industry.
i'm angry she's pregnant cos why?!?!?!?! you can't just fuck someone you like? it has to have some unplanned consequence?…
It happens more often that you think in the real world. I should know 😂 now happily married with 2 kids to my one-night stand from another state …our 11 yr anniversary is in 4 days lol But I see what you mean…
This was my ‘maybe’ option on my plan to watch list….i started it last night just to watch something while having dinner and now i regret it so bad. I don’t think i can sit still waiting weekly for the rest of the eps. 😫 wished I started this the week it ends so i can finish it in one go.
I finally decided to start watching this, but the moment they introduced this prosecutor guy my mind went to so…
Not much of an extended misunderstanding tbh…it’s very mild compare to what I was expecting because like you I thought the same thing. You’ll probably enjoy it more once you continue.
Haven’t read an utter waste of a comment in a while. You are probably the type that will only enjoy plots with high romance. LJK main works requires proper brain cells to enjoy anyways so I’ll understand your unnecessary over exaggerated opinion for now 🙄 Although I’m not his biggest fan I can certainly point out that there is a reason why a lot of his dramas are high rated and he gets plenty offers on roles.
Because of DOAFF, I actually found out he is an idol before ahahhahHe was in UKISS as rapper
lol true but with the little knowledge I know of Korean Idols they all have to have the look, dance and have a good singing voice regardless if they are labelled as a rapper. but you’re right I would never pegged him as a rapper 😂
The ML character itself reminded me of Secretary Kim’s ML character. I found them annoying in the beginning but once they turned the serious charm on they oozed chemistry.
Ummm and his voice when he was trying to sing hymn in his car to get her out of his head 😂😂 it was so good!!
I usually don’t like the exaggerated comedy plot and it was cringy in the beginning but this actually became a decent watch in the end. It was a whole lot better than what I expected.
This seems to be one of those dramas where fans usually like it for the people, not necessarily the plot. If you…
Yes..this would be me. Unfortunately I don’t particularly like nor dislike the cast..i have seen a few & even liked some of their past dramas but not enough to be a favourable fan of theirs. Although I did thoroughly enjoyed ML’s role in Story of Kunning Palace. For this drama, I just don’t see anything exciting with the plot itself moving forward and it felt very restrictive. I did try to move forward and made it to ep 6 then the last time I tried fast forward a lot to see where the progress leads to and still couldn’t get excited with anything. Apart from what you mentioned I agree the rest is very hard to continue.
