You are welcome :) Thanks for the ones from you too!
My friend in another time zone woke me up with a text, and there was snow on the ground, but fortunately it was gone by the time I had to leave.

Hi! Thanks for the add. Ooh, you have seen so many jdramas! And you have seen all of Umechan Sensei? Was it good/worth finishing? (forgive my creeping on your list!)
Here, too! Not again >< I just saw a tulip just beginning to bud on my way home. I think the groundhog must have seen bear's shadow, because someone's not getting the message that it's almost May.

No, I meant it sincerely! Since it's been Noah's flood/still is Noah's flood around here. Actually, I love rain too! But most people I know don't, with the exception of my roommate who goes puddle jumping with me. But I'm glad it worked out for you :)
I noticed this too, in a creeping suspicion sort of way. Thank you for confirming that I'm not crazy after all! XD
Honestly, these scenes tend to make me uncomfortable, so I'm glad they don't occur that often in Western entertainment.
Did you come across any indication of what why they are so popular (besides being less taboo)?

Aw, thanks :) Yes, just Japanese...It might turn into a book otherwise.
Oh my...I'm not sure if it's just the hair, or that suit + the hair, but it reminded me of Schemer from Shining Time Station (if you ever watched that on PBS) and his oozing-with-hair-product-mullet >.<
Town Work is a free publication with ads for local jobs, especially temp/part time ones. There is usually a rack with them in the station, post office, or other public place. If you've ever seen a jdrama where someone is job hunting, and they have magazines with things ads or phone numbers circled (I think she might actually do that towards the end of Anego, I don't remember), that's what that is.

Yeah, she is on the list, actually. I put her in the "well meaning, yet self absorbed" category. No, I did not! What is it a commercial for?

I don't even try to comprehend some of the things I see in Asian advertising anymore, just enjoy the weirdness!
I'm glad you like it! I enjoyed it for the most part. Yeah, now that you say that, I think I remember being annoyed by him. If nothing else, that haircut was ridiculous. Her mom is also kind of insufferable, but not horrible I guess.

I know, right? The tipis are so random...
No, I think green label is some kind of marketing thing, like "gold label", but it's green label? It's advertised for being really low carb.

Oh, oh, oh! I totally forgot for a minute, but just a bit ago my friend posted me the link to that commercial! As in the commercial I told you about months ago but was no longer on youtube, the one with Matsujun in a tipi. (I can no longer remember why that was even remotely relevant, but here is the link just in case) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZyppPP0gpKg&feature=youtu.be

Oh, that's true. The great firewall of China XD In short, I was visiting a friend, but all shall be explained via the overdue email. But yes, it was awesome! And thanks. (haha, I guess "busy body" totally applies, huh?)

Thank you!!
Sorry, I somehow missed seeing your email in my inbox, and then I was in NC for almost a week. (Agh, not two weeks delay /again/!) But yes. I should be able to breathe (and send emails :)) again by Saturday.
We really do have so many coincidences! It's kinda fun :D
Aww, you're very welcome! It's definitely something I believe in, so I hope you have an awesome time this summer!! And it'll be fun if we keep updating :)

Oh no, you're fine! Mine is late again too >.< My friend had to go to a conference near where my friend lives, so I came along to visit. It takes two days to drive there, and two to come back, so I haven't really been online for a week almost.
Friend recommendations are the best! Even if you don't finish watching whatever it is, at least you understand your friend's preferences better.
We'll see how much time I have this summer...I'm graduating and starting work in July, probably, so once everything settles down again...fingers crossed! Are you still in school?
Shenzhen? Really? My good friend is from/lives there! Get out! Ah, now I'm really jealous! You'll have to keep me updated on all the happenings :)

Oh, ok then. Either way, it's on the list :)
Thanks! I'm gonna need it. Turning in final portfolios this week already...I don't know where the time has flown.
That is so exciting! Ah, I want to go to China too! What city/province is it gonna be in? How long?
