He is an investor and not a founder/ceo. Almost everone makes mistakes with their first start- up . The smarter…
JX signed an agreement with another party without HT's approval which was required since he is a majority shareholder, that was a breach. HT exchanging Guangsha share for XingChen shares does not require JX approval so how is that a breach? HT is majority shareholder of Guangsha, Hanhai, and XingChen so how is that insider info? Was he legally obligated to disclose his involvement with Hanhai? I do believe HT's ruthless actions makes anyone working with him to both fear and distrust him, which is what happened to JX. He promised her that he would leave XingChen alone which as he explained to her, he did not meddle in the startup, but in her mind, she meant she didn't to be taken over by another company which is why she turned down every investor but HT. HT's words are true but she felt betrayed and lied to.
At least HT was very honest and wanted to help JX see the truth. If he was a snake, he could have pretended to be sorry to make her feel better, pretend to say I love you but not mean it. Both of them are strong-willed and not give in.
Exactly! So many people just think and act like Han Ting and feels they are right to call her childish or any…
JX is a strong character in this story, but she is not perfect. Impulsive is her character trait in the story but that doesn't mean she's a weak or bad character as she has many strong traits. Han Ting being so rational is both a strength in business and a weakness when it comes to interpersonal relationships.
HT says he's got a million sides to him. Perhaps for JX, she needs to see all "one million" sides to feel secure in a relationship. That's why when it comes to JX, he cannot mix business and personal with her when it involves her.
I'm still not on Ji Xing's side but I get where she is coming from. She started the business as a small business,…
She never got fired from Guangsha. She impulsively quit the job because she couldn't stand the office environment any longer. She was always a workaholic. I don't see her as a rebellious person but one who stands up for herself. Han Ting provided angel investment and advice to her. Everything else she accomplished on her own initiative with grit and determination. She never asked Han Ting for any favors.
"Xing just wanted to hear something 🥲 like "I care about you very much, Hanhai was before I met you, and then I didn't dare to tell you because I was afraid of losing you, but my feelings for you have always been sincere and not mixed with any interests" But Ting kept saying that it was correct and advantageous to merge, which made Xing feel that he was not cared about."
also, JX got angrier when HT is so calm
One is too emotional; the other is too rational. All JX wanted to hear was that he loves her.
It was easy for HT to figure out her next move since she left him the Hanhai and XingChen agreements she took out of his safe and placed them next to his nightstand to inform him that she is not happy with it. She obviously is upset and will go to Chang He to dilute his shares. So all he has to do is go get them back from him.
actually as true as HT's words are, the more I listen to JX, the more I can sympathize with her too.
