lmao looks like they tried to make it look like one of those old TVs 4:3 ratio but those girls looked too skinny!…
well I think you've already summed up my thoughts on this drama... but the end of ep 2 does make me a bit curious/want to continue watching it. "a lot of talking and not a lot happening" this is one of the reasons why I get bored of slice of life dramas lol I've seen all of the main actors here in at least one drama before but still can't remember all their characters' names here yet. I can't seem to take Kim Won Hae seriously though he's got this comedic vibe to him xD I liked another k-drama "Mistress" it had a better start as a mystery/thriller but that drama was from OCN, and it's also a remake of a BBC One drama.

yeah I grew up with those old TVs/VHS tapes back then. But I thought it was funny you mentioned that drama since someone else was talking to me about it too while browsing through The King: Eternal Monarch comment section
lmao looks like they tried to make it look like one of those old TVs 4:3 ratio but those girls looked too skinny!…
No, I never watched that drama before. They even used that ratio in SKY Castle's flashback at the end of ep 3 ("Shall I rip your lips off" scene) except it didn't fill up the entire screen like in this drama
I am not feeling it yet. I have watched approximately half of episode 1, but it seems that the writers have taken…
agreed with your comments! I'm not really feeling this drama yet either and even the ending title text/dark background & OST song resembles SKY Castle. I couldn't really get into SKY Castle's first few eps but I kept watching for Kim Seo Hyung (Coach Kim) and "We All Lie" is a catchy song! I got hooked to TWOTM with the first 2 eps. Woman of Dignity was good too back then before SKY Castle and TWOTM beat the record/ratings (the first episode of WOD also had a murder scene and leaves you wondering who done it throughout the drama)
interesting, weird kinda like secret mother (was it that? lol I keep comparing makjang openings to it xD) when…
the opening scene reminded me a bit of Woman of Dignity's opening. I love makjang but this first episode reminded me more of a slice of life which I get bored of xD
The first 2 eps didn't really grab my attention but then again it took me 8 eps to get hooked to SKY Castle! Even the ending drama title text/dark background looks similar xD
anyone found the epilogue-ish part of their younger days weirdly stretched on the screen? or is it my system fucking…
lmao looks like they tried to make it look like one of those old TVs 4:3 ratio but those girls looked too skinny! I feel like I've seen something like this before but forgot which drama it was
I dropped this drama about 30 minutes into the first episode. I'm trying to understand why people love it so much.
lol I did the same thing... watching 3-4 episodes is ok for me since some dramas start out slow but usually I can tell if I like a drama or not based on those first few episodes. It also took me 8 eps to get hooked to Healer and SKY Castle. But even with 8 eps I couldn't get into Hospital Playlist - slice of life bores me xD
I only voted for 2 *sigh* TWOTM & Kingdom I have a hard time liking most k-dramas since last year... The Game: Towards Zero started good but I lost interest halfway, and for Rugal I just liked watching the action scenes
Yeah I couldn't get into most k-dramas since last year, even the popular/hyped dramas feel meh... except for Kingdom…
I tried 8 eps but the drama just felt repetitive to me, maybe I should try to finish it since I already watched that many lol. I liked another drama Where Stars Land - it had a bit of slice of life vibe to it where the main leads work at the airport but the different cases in every episode were actually interesting for me, and with the ML's bionic arm. Weightlifting Fairy Kim Bok Joo was SOL/sports but I didn't find it boring. I guess it depends on the plot/script...
korean drama used to be very good. now a days i don't see any aapeal in them. I feel now most of them are targeted…
Yeah I couldn't get into most k-dramas since last year, even the popular/hyped dramas feel meh... except for Kingdom that was great. SKY Castle was good too, even though it took me 8 eps to get hooked to it. TWOTM gets better/more interesting after the first few episodes! I liked it since I'm addicted to makjang dramas. I didn't get the hype over Hospital Playlist either, I mean even though it's not suited for our tastes but a 9.3 rating seems high for that kind of plot/story?
I loved TWOTM since I get addicted to makjangs, couldn't get into Hospital Playlist either, slice of life dramas & anime usually bore me depending on the plot/script. I'm watching Extracurricular, I couldn't get into the 1st episode but it got more interesting at around 40 minutes in ep 2.
In which episode does Jenny find out who her real mother is? And that she was kidnapped when she was a child?
She gets a DNA test with Wang Soo Jin in ep 117 and finds out about her real mom and kidnapping in ep 119 with the help of a doctor's hypnosis in recovering her past memories
With whom Jenny end up at last? Happy ending? Anyone spoil the ending please
the main leads didn't get back together in the end.. she got pregnant in one of the later episodes and in the time skip ending it shows them getting along while they take turns caring for their kid. Her mom said something like "she's working again and happier living like this" ??
I'm surprised Lee Jung Jin looks much younger here than in TKEM..
