Uhm.... indeed it is the exact same image. So strange.
The first drama got announced in 2021 and then released in 2022. And no where does it mention that it's an adaptation of anything.
The other one was officially announced by Youku in 2024, and clearly mentions that it's an adaptation of that manhua.
The stories of the two shows are not even remotely similar and share no similarities, so for now I'll keep the other one on MDL, since 2024 was not that far away.
