does anyone know if lingrui's noodle cooking method in ep 16 genuine? he cooked the noodle in hot water first, then put it in ice water, then add hot water for broth

does anyone knows which company produced this drama? it has a very refreshing look and story! and it seems like it's the author and director's first works. I'm definitely looking forward for more dramas from the studio and the crews.

in my ranking of 'cdramas where a civil servant man gets the successful girl' i rate this better than fireworks on my heart, but not as good as you are my glory. it got YAMG's sweetness and fireworks on my heart's cringiness x2

CMIIW as the news that I got was mostly secondhand but apparently some complained about her look that does not look 'goddess' enough. i think if you watch a lot of xianxias you'll probably understand how a goddess tends to be portrayed by actresses with certain looks. zdy didn't fit the mold and people thought it ruined the whole drama.

i can't believe they are discussing civic duty during sexy times lol i guess they served the purpose bcs the couple sleep separately after.

i feel really bad for the kid cause all he ever do was being sent away to do home work lol

I found out about her from ALP too! she was also the reason I enjoyed watching that drama because how she portrayed her character. Turns out many audience in china disliked the drama because of her.

i'm blown away by the production quality of this drama! it's very pleasing to the eye, and the story is not bad too! the actors are mostly unknown but doesn't mean that their acting is bad! honestly, mangotv short dramas tend to be great :( so sad that it's buried by other traditional dramas that probably does not have the same quality.
