I like that the narrative of the story portray well how Zhanji didn't end up with Hu Shanxiang, the way she didn't understand him at all, and just seems to wrongly interpret his effort while Zijin is basically in the same wavelength with zhanji regarding perspective of things but at the same time she never try to appeased to him on purpose but rather contradict him when she didn't agree with his opinion and agree with him when they are on the same page. That way their relationship is never on thin ice but honest upfront.

Long Ballad was broadcasted on WeTV which provides good english subs immediately upon released and it starred a hugr star like dilraba and wu lei which the comments section had like 5k comments before the drama airs. While this drama aired at Mango TV which was region locked in almost half of the countries in the world and audience has to resort to using VPN and illegal sites, even that the english subs is terrible and google translated. Its hard to inspire passion when you can't even access the drama.

You're welcome, yeah the dialog is actually very good and insightful, very important in knowing where the plot is heading but the translations and lacked of wide access for international user for subtitles is really troublesome for people to actually follow the story.
