I also loved the bts shots at the end of the show. I am so glad they also had fun making this drama.

I have to say, there was never an episode where I felt dissatisfied or annoyed with the writing on this show. It was a totally fun ride from start to finish.

I love whatever is wrong with Joo In A. She's the definition of "never let them know your next move" 😂 she keeps everyone on their toes. I'll miss tuning in to this every weekend.

Even if he's not an heir he's still very rich, one might even say wealthy. He'll never have money problems in his life.

Legit burst out laughing when the wife said SML would "literally be penniless" if they divorced 😂 like, girl no, that's a chaebol heir. He's set for life.

One of my favourite parts of ep 11 was Ki Jun getting duped into working in the hotel room 😂😂 twice bitten, thrice shy perhaps?

I'm still on ep 23 and one thing I don't get... If the ink that won the tribute selection is not pine-based, and the ink that's delivered is pine-based, isn't that the crime of deceiving the emperor? If they're taking out the main ingredient of the ink that won then how can it still be a winning ink?

Also, getting mooned was not on my bingo card for this show. I almost had to avert my eyes like I walked in on them by mistake 🤣

Okay. But everyone knows her history and knows that the Li family expelled them from the family. Her using another name should not be a shock when they keep calling her an outsider.

Screaming about how unfair it is for Li Zhen to manage the business while they're literally sitting by their old man's body is actually insane and that aunt needs to be sacrificed so the Li family can regain its standing.

I don't think her lacquer based ink was their recipe. It was her recipe.

Also, someone needs to tell that uncle Jingdong that he wasn't even a top inkmaker when his legs were fine, so why would he suddenly be an ink maestro now? The 8th branch has always been the ink geniuses.

She's always the loudest and yet has contributed absolutely nothing to the family.

I really hate that Zhen called her store New Li Ink. I wanted her to call it anything but that, hell I even wanted her to use her mother's name for the shop cos that woman has suffered through everything that useless family put them through quietly. Always supporting everything Zhen does and sometimes it feels like even Zhen looks down on her subconsciously for not being in the ink business. Sure, naming the ink after her is good, but fighting to carry the Li name irritates me.

I know why she did it, but it doesn't make me like it. It's like every cdrama where a parent treats their child like dog shit and then in the end the child still forgives them cos of reasons.

Her grandfather is still extremely tiresome. Why do I feel like her life will be at least more straightforward if that man was dead? Cos what did she do wrong now to get this treatment?

For her grandmother to sit there in silence while that witch accused Zhen and riled up a crowd to expel her from the workshop... When she was the one who asked Zhen to stay... Screw her most of all. They're all useless and I'm glad the ink recipe got leaked. They should never even smell the next great thing Zhen will do. I hope they all perish in anguish.

I just finished ep 14 and I hope the Li family suffers every misfortune under the sun.

Also, for the SML... at this point, it feels like he's choosing to torture himself cos even if he loses his inheritance, he won't be poor and he's still skilled. He is so desperate for his father's validation that he's ruined his own life up to this point. I hope once he gets divorced he just leaves the company and anything to do with the family to go and be happy.
