Recommendations

For all those who were excited for this and had high expectations for this drama but was ultimately disappointed, go watch the original Chinese drama!! I don't want to spoil things so I won't describe how that one is so much better! But yes, please go and try to watch that!

It's the same plot line, and everything just the Chinese version

Both female leads are famous actresses and have similar personalities. They're independent and would stand their ground for what they think is right. They won't let anyone push them around. Also, they started on the wrong foot with the male leads, who both seek out justice for the people.

Kleun Cheewit and Nang Rai Tee Rak are my top Thai dramas. We know that their TV series lean more on the slap/kiss genre, which is actually a very good watch if executed properly. I do believe that both have managed to balance the love/hate relationship that the characters have. Too much angst and drama and there are characters who go over-the-top but all in all, both dramas are highly recommended.

If you like mafia themed love this one is well written and full of sad and silly scenes.

The same plot. Solving cases by getting into the minds of the criminals. If you like stories about criminal profilers, then you should also check this out.

Both of these drama are education and love related in a school/university. Somehow, the whole "being the student on top" thing was quite common in both of these series and showed the ugly side of the Korean education system, how feisty the students can become for good marks.

They do have a different plot and story line, but the theme and the ambiance of these two drama are giving me the same feels. I also wanted to recommend Gapdong and I remember you, these are crime investigatory series too, which were a little bit lighter.

The main characters in both these dramas are the eldest in the family, warm-hearted, protective of their loved ones and often put their happiness aside. They both faced unexpected tragedies, but are given a second chance to amend unresolved issues and restore their name.

Both have the same author and are similiar in style. The production quality in 'The Legend of the Condor Heroes 2017' is way better than that of Ode, yet Ode, unlike LOCH, has no miscasts.

Both are fucked up and quite graphic. Both also deals with the loss of a friend and the cause itself.

Both are cute BL series
Both have the Junior/Senior relationships
Both are set during university life
Both have the University Moon thingy
Both have Pink Milk (Idk it felt right to mention xD)
and Both are just production perfection
You wont regret watching :)
The acting is perfect in both and the story lines may be a little different but still gives you the same feel

Both are slice-of-life dramas.
Both are family-centred.
Both are slow-burn stories.
Both have little but good romance.

1. Both have the same vibe.

2. Both have main leads that are weak at first but become more mature and stronger through training with a mentor.

3. Both have main leads that seek revenge.

4. Both have great action scenes.
