Both are mini dramas with a similar feel and a tragic ending. Both FLs are trapped within the palace and become entangled with the ML.

This is a typical Japanese fake marriage rom com. The ML is wealthy and handsome but is unable to connect to women emotionally due to an unrequited love. The FL has a career that she is dedicated to and sees no reason to marry. The ML convinces FL to agree to the contract marriage that she can end when she fulfills. Living together under one roof changes each of the main characters and it is possible that love might be blooming.

When all you want is to be with your beloved. I didn't watched A Time Called You yet, but by knowing the plot and characters I'm kinda surprised no one pointed Tomorrow with You here.
- in ATCY, we have FL grieving her dead bf and travel to a different person life's, while in TWY, ML finds out that he can travel back and forth on time taking the subway and all he wants is to have a happy life.

Both FLs are older and experienced in relationships, either having just left an unhappy one or currently in an unhappy one, and the MLs are younger, high school students with a troubled attitude. Both dramas have the FL caught in a life triangle between the ML who she has feelings for despite herself and another guy who is age and society appropriate for her but she doesn't truly love.

Both are Japanese dramas with an older FL teacher and a younger ML who falls for her, stirring up feelings in her.

One is historical and the other modern, but both are a forbidden and complex love story between the older FL who is the teacher of the younger ML. Both MLs fall first, and both have an issue with their parent that causes many obstacles for the leads to be together. Both dramas have somewhat open endings that can be interpreted as happy or a dream.

Both are romances between a teacher/tutor and his or her student, but they are gender-flipped and in MNJ the leads are much closer in age than in TWYLTDM.
