Although the setting is a bit different both Drama still give off a very similar feel and both will take you through an emotional roller coaster. My Name and Kill It portray a protagonist who choses to join some underground business due to a traumatic past/event in order to achieve their goals. While the motives at first seems different for these two I think there are still many similarities you will notice as you keep watching.
Both of them are about undercover police
and have a similar feel to them
If you liked this you probably would like Cruel City.

basically same plot just reversed:
main female lead loses family member because of a drug ring during investigation, she wants revenge and becomes an undercover agent

Both of them have a heavy support cast of families and friend that creates a nice atmosphere of love and friendship. Also, although Hometown Cha Cha Cha is not slice of life, it has a light story that resembles the genre.
Gods messing with humans life line, age gap, has grim reaper, is melodrama, Interspecies Romance and goes
Both dramas involve a fair amount of action and an interesting plot, with romance. lots of twist and turns, plot when you never know what happens next.
Romance has somehow similar feel, man madly in love with woman and doing whatever it takes to get her back (there are more details similar, but I'm trying not to say spoilers), he never gives up on her though he has much reasons for it. So if you liked one, you would appreciate another, (I'm talking about main romance of MBB and anti hero SML's romance in Giant, which is best part of Giant )
For my taste romance in Giant was better, though overall as drama MBB was better.

Haunted buidling with dumbass college students who think it's totally safe to visit and film inside at night without any preparations whatsoever
The storyline is pretty different, but the characters portrayed in both the dramas are similar. While in Mr. Queen the soul in entering the body of other while in One the woman, its another person with the same face. But the character in both the dramas are crazy ,bold and independent and never care what others say but making their own choices. There is pretty similarities in the storyline too when in both the stories, their husbands are uninterested in them and have another lover. But in Mr. Queen the husband was a good person while in One the woman , he is a coward and I felt like a bit perverted too. There is also a similarity where it doesn't show where the real Kang mina is as Mr. Queen didn't show where the soul of real queen is on most of the episodes. They know how to impress others when it comes to their professions as a Prosecutor in One the woman and as a Chef in Mr. Queen. I found these stories similar in terms of the female characters.
Both of them involves the usage of suspicious tapes and a creepy female "ghost". Overall, I'd also say they have pretty similar atmospheres.
1. same Director
2. Both have criminal lead
3. Both are short crime dramas

Both series are about a group of people living under the same roof. SNWI is more like a life in a foreign student dorm though, so more people were involved. Both are fun to watch, and if you like rom-com then these two series could be your company on Friday night.
The plot is totally different but both of the male leads became a partner of a shaman. A lot of comedy scenes when they're doing their "mission". Overall, both are fun to watch.
