Both series are Japanese adaptions of the Sherlock franchise. Obviously, the genders are switched in these shows (Miss Sherlock features a female Sherlock and Watson) but both series use a case-by-case investigation set-up.

CAA - weaker reflection of plot with numerous inconsistencies: particularly FL life depends on disguise as male yet
FL shrieks whenever she sees shirtless men
FL keeps flowered coin purse even after being told it reveals that she is a woman

Both drama deal with:
Highschool,struggles, dreams, sports, comradeship, gender norms, growth through a common passion.

Both drama are wholesome slice of life whose main topic is dancing, human interactions and connections through dance and growth.

The two dramas have similar themes -- even if you're up against what seems like a mountain of pressure and people against you, you can raise against it and become your best self.
