In both dramas, you find the following points:

1. Both MLs have more experience in their field than FLs and end up taking a role of mentor.
2. MLs prefers to work with FLs and they make a good team.
3. FLs are a bit more forward with the MLs in comparison with other K-dramas.
4. FL knows how to kick ass.
5. Losing someone at a young age forced both FLs & MLs to take work in their field.
6. MLs likes to cook and likes to have their place clean and in order. FLs, on the other hand, are a bit more chaotic or messy.
7. Something happens during the series that forces the FLs to stay in MLs house for a while.
8. Antagonists show interest (not romantically) on the FLs.
9. FLs end up providing valuable insights during their cases.
10. MLs are constantly getting worried over the FLs.

There is a spunky heroine. The male lead is a cold ice prince who warms up to her though. It's a very lighthearted drama and doesn't deal much with politics for the most part. Rom com at its finest!
