The behind the scenes of celebrity life in both. Perhaps Love is romance focused, meanwhile TheKingOfDramas is much more about drama making BTS than romance, but does feature satisfactiry romance at mid-end of drama.
Celebrity life behind the scenes, features romances also and how those are affected by fame.
TKoD isn't so much about romance though, but features satisfactory romance arc from mid-end of drama. RakOrkAkard heavily features romance.

Allthough otherwise very different plots, both feature the touching story of (literaly) poor underdogs, their struggles and their warm relationships.
Both include romances but the romance in Rak Ork Akard is much more in focus, meanwhile Iljimae doesn't focus much on it/develop it much.
Watch both if you enjoy rooting for underdogs and enjoy warm relationships between many people not just the OTP/aka. great side characters.

Both about the behind the scenes of korean celebrity life. TheKingOfDramas focuses more on the drama making aspect, less on romance (but has very satisfactory romance from mid-end of drama, drama is abit more than just the romance);
meanwhile TheGreatestLove is about the lovestory of two k celebs (movie actor & former k pop girlband member who guests on variety shows).
Both great!!

Clash of two cultures/worlds in both. The female & male lead must overcome their cultural differences (Past/Present in QIHM and poor/rich in ROA), including interesting settings. QIHM the past and in ROA interesting village.
Similar sense of silly humor in both dramas. The OTP/main leads of MyUnfortunateBoyfriend put in embarrasing situations, meanwhile ALL the cast of Rak Ork Akard (including the OTP at the start) bicker in similar fashion to the OTP of MyUnfortunateBoyfriend.
Also both have a male and female lead from two different worlds who have to overcome their differences.

Both features Social Anxiety in one of the main leads and how they try to open up to their love interests.
Both male lead had near-death experience with bullet stuck in their head however one is a grim reaper whereas the other is a police who can communicate with the dead to solve cases.
Both protagonists are swindler working hard for good. They use any means necessary to achieve their goal. They also do not believe in love at first...
Buddy cop dramas with a veteran and a rookie. Similar characteristics like the older one is childish and the younger tries to be serious. Lots of bickering.
The concept is similar where one the main leads has cancer.
The male lead (LiChuan) has cancer and he leaves the female lead (XiaoQi) thinking its the best thing for the her.

It's the same writer and she already worked with most of the actors in previous works.
Same genre like law, thriller, romance and supernatural.

Era of Japanese resistance in China. goods and bad, traitors and herso are working together against foreign invasion, despite their inside conflicts. storyline is more complex in disguiser and more politics there but yet AOTB has it's own merit, badass women protagonist! both are exciting stories about double spying, family bonds and blossoming romance in a dangerious time.
Eita stars in both comedies featuring a ragtag detective agency headed by an female chief, and the detectives often get involved in their client's lives to solve their problems.
They have the same realistic but comedic feeling. Both deal with the struggles of korean youth/young adults and the main male leads are anti-social.
