April Snow is tonally very similar to Lost. Firstly, they share the same director. Both have characters that are emotionally pained and find solace in each other.

Both dramas has a doppelganger character which is focus on the female lead.
These dramas revolve around Chaebol Families and their indifference with one another.
The poor female lead pretends to be the other on and tries to hide her identity from the spouse family.

They are not the same plot-wise but they are both have a feel-good vibe and, an excellent cast. They make you want to sit back relax while watching them. There is nothing special about both of them but it makes you happy to see the characters on screen though Run On does not have a love triangle storyline.

BLs centered around group sex; both are more mature and feature more explicit scenes.

Both dramas have a great cast and superb acting. Very sweet romance in both dramas, with a touch of sci-fi, and oh boy the male leads in both are to-die-for eye candy! Someday or One Day is a lot more serious at times and will make you cry more, but still has scenes that will make you laugh. These two dramas will keep you interested from start to finish and have very well-rounded stories.

Both series have Male Lead traveling through time and falling in love with Female Lead. Both Female Leads are in the entertainment field. Tags include, time travel and past and present. T

Both are action oriented stories with a focus on friendship, loyalty and mastering the classical virtues (Prudence, Temperance, Fortitude, Justice). This mastery being expressed in martial prowess; allowing the main characters to transcend their psychological and social "prisons".
As for differences Fight is far more subdued; it takes longer to tease out it's themes; the supernatural isn't explicitly expressed; and humor more subdued. In the same vein vice and virtue in the characters is expressed in a more subdued manner in fight.

Both shows have a group of people who decide to become the players of a mysterious game that has a big prize at stake. They have a similar vivid colors aesthetic. But Liar game is more psychological and has more clever games.

Both have a playboy ML who can charm any girl, the story revolves about how the toxic yet enchanting ML charms the reluctant FL.

Nevertheless initially make me think about CIIT because side character Yoon Sol from Nevertheless is very similar to main character Hong Soel in CIIT. Not only do they have the same name:
- their hair color is similar
- the actress playing them have similar facial features.
- they both have a tomboy style of dressing
- they are focused/hardworking/top of their class
- reserved about personal things, more introspective and perceptive attitudes
- loyal to friends, sincere and value proper communication with significant others

So yeah, basically the same person and both very endearing characters to me. Aside from that, other similarities in both dramas:
- College atmosphere that give attention to stressful academic life
- Lighthearted moments but overall melo/angsty vibe
- Focuses on psychologic/sociologic interactions between people/society
- Well-written support characters that have their own struggles
- Nontraditional, complicated male lead with questionable behavior and female lead that thinks a lot
- Main leads have problems beyond misunderstanding or not communicating

Time travelling Female Lead in both dramas. She's also very peculiar in both, though for different reasons, so the character is funny and kind of relatable. Same for the other main character, they are unusual and not your typical male leads in both show which makes an original storyline and weird situations.

Both shows revolve around different families and their relationships and feature multiple couples. Lots of family secrets to reveal in both dramas. They also focus on the relationship between parents and children.
