Movies by Wong Kar Wai about different sets of people with romantic tension (eventhough it stays unfullfilled alot of the times) that overlap. Theres also action scenes in both.

The mine drama revolves around the murder of a man {Hanji young} and he's proved as major antagonist with a trail of lies and evil deeds behind the fake identity of being a good husband and responsible father. In High class drama we put up with similar situation but the only difference between them is the truth was revealed before death in Mine whereas , the wife explores the miser of truth after her husbands death in high class.
Both dramas spins around the supreme wealthy class with a mask of smiles burdened with endless sins and evil within.
Yet it isn't proved in High class though protagonist's husband had an affair and even in Mine the han ji young had secret affair.
Both dramas had sons with malicious father with a history of misdeeds behind them.

I hope the explanation may fulfil the requirment.

I will say that even the plot is not similar but it will give you the penthouse vibes
Rich people will do anything for their greed
Upper class parents especially mothers will try their best even illegally for classy education for their children.
Both of these dramas will keep you on the edge its a one time watch (as penthouse has 3 seasons so it has more episodes to understand the plot)

Similar to Good and Evil in Eternal Love of Dream
In G and E, FL (female lead) loves the ML and get punished to reincarnate to be human and mets with male lead because of fate and starts a adventurous love story.

Similar here spanning across three lives in three worlds. And adventurous love story of three live.

This is similar because they both have to do with memory loss. In always have always will in high school he likes her but then forgets her and then falls for her again. In forget you remember love he falls in love with her but then forgets her and falls for her again.

Written and directed by the same director. Although they're about 2 different themes, trust me, they have the same vibe. They take you through a fun, fascinating nostalgic trip with lovely characters and keep you smiling till the end.

- Both are Fluffy Japanese BL Specials about Men in their 30s & 40s that can only be watched after the Main Prequel.

- Both series show the aftermath of each couple's relationship after its final development in the Prequel.
- You feel a sense of closure as their relationship blossoms through little troubles into a Happily-Ever-After and it leaves a satisfactory warmth in your heart.

its a reality show with a lot of fun games , high class comedy and pure wholesomeness
even though 13 people together might sound a bit overwhelming, you'll see that they have an amazing chemistry that hits off perfectly! as you watch it you'll find yourself forgetting all the troubles and laughing along with them.

The mystical vibes are on point
- though gu family book is more mystical and based on mythology with the gumiho, the effects still give me similar vibes with eye colors and action/fight scenes that involve special effects.
- the romance between the two leads grow in proper pace, not rushed and you can feel the connection so I really enjoy this in both of stories
