Both dramas discuss about child abuse, and are not suitable for younger children to watch. You feel pity for both killers and question whether they're actually evil despite the fact that they are both murderers.

Both deal with the abuse of children at a young age. Feature some seemingly emotionless characters (Soohyun & Eunho.) There is a serial killer in both. Both killers will make you question if what they are doing is really a bad thing.

Similar:
-Major Character Death's
-Crime Dramas
-Cops in both
-One character walks the line between being good & bad
-Child Abuse, adoption, selling organs/children

Not Similar:
-Duel involves clones
-While Duel has clones one is good, however the other is bad (but can be seen as good) whereas Kill It's main male lead is the one who is bad (but can be seen as good)
-Female Lead is the cop in Kill It, Male Lead is the cop in Duel
-Duel has a more fantasy/science-fiction feel to it whereas Kill It is more realistic

they're both similar in the sense that the female lead is trying to run away from their "abusive"/controlling partner. Also there is like a triangular love affair situation that is like going on. Although they differ in other ways, they both give off a similar vibe

another drama where it's a detective like sherlock holmes characterm with a "helper" character who goes about solving various mysteries and crimes. Although Kizoku tantei is slight different in a way (I would say how specifically, but it would be a spoiler so I won't), they are still very similar and I believe if you like one, you'll more than likely like the other as well.

Although these two are set in different time periods, they both are detective shows with an almost sherlock holmes & poirot feel to it. I think if you like one, you will likely like the other, and therefore I'd reccommend.

These two dramas are pretty similar. They're both set in & around the same time period, both detective dramas, similar episode lengths, and cases usually take about 3 episodes to solve. in all in all, if you like detective L, you'll likely like young blood as well

Both are romantic films that involved two people from different timelines. However, 'Tomorrow I Will Date With Yesterday’s You' is different in a way that things happened on each characters' modern time while on 'Moments of Love' their romance occurred on different eras, and their story had antagonists.

Both dramas revolve around the law where the leads work as a lawyer or a prosecutor.
The female leads in both dramas are not the typical people to find in the job as they are very fashion forward (aaaaand both of them love the color pink). They both have a great memory but are somewhat airheads which makes their work hard in the beginning. The male leads in both dramas help the female leads out and they, of course, fall in love with each other.
