If you like the drama of wives fighting to win their husband's favor, then you might like Raise the Red Lantern. It delves into this territory. Both are slow pace and show aspects of historical China.

I highly recommend! Both are hilarious and touching! I give 10/10. Both have great cast. The chemistry/ general interaction between the characters in both is awesome. I loved Hana Kimi and now Yowakutemo Katemasu is up there with it. I'm glad I watched it!

Similarities:
Both deal corruption among persons in the justice system.
Both have persons in the justice system working to bring down some one higher up the the system.

Difference:
There was no crazy fighting in Punch like in Bad Guys 2 and confrontations were more law based.

Both of these dramas feel very similar: college/university life, social problems, bullying, misunderstandings and betrayals.

If you want to continue with the medical style of drama, the first one which springs to mind for me is 'Doctor Stranger'.

This drama will keep the theme of the medical side but it opens up a good factor of different things that we can expect in a drama series. The acting - as like in Doctors - is second to none and the entire plot keeps you pulled in.

It also keeps the side of mystery and the past - which is for the viewer - to unravel!

Both movie are using different forms of mixed martial arts. Judo, boksing, wing chun, karate and much more. Both movies are honoring the above arts because both lead actors studied these well and peformed them greatly in the movies.
