Brother and sister grow up in a poor environment and learn to depend on each self at a young age. Always trying to ease the burden for the other. But the siblings are not related by blood, but one is the spouse of a rich household.
The main concept for both dramas is childhood friends to lovers. The girl seems more invested and wants a relationship but the guy seems like he can't commit, even though his actions show he's in love with her too.
both drams have 2 brothers that are treated differently because of their mothers and biology. in fox`s summer, the male lead is grateful to the family that raised him but in pretty man, he doesn't want anything to do with that family. the main lead in pretty man has similar characteristics to the main female in fox`s summer. they are both looked down on by of a certain member of their family/stepfamily but they don`t let it bother them and try hard to make something of themselves without the need of their family name or position. both male leads are also the CEO of their company and have worked their way there on their own merit.
Both dramas have a strong focus on the entertainment world, its good and bad sides, as well as human relationships. Both stories have a slice of life vibe.
Zombie Detective eps 5-8 has a cult similar to Save Me, the main leads work together to find/save a missing girl in the cult.

"Oxygen" and "Hello Stranger" maybe made in different countries, they have the same "University Student" Main Characters. Also, one of the Lead Characters can sing and play a musical instrument... Solo in Oxygen and Xavier in Hello Stranger.
in angry mom (I personally) shipped the fl with someone her kid's age and though nothing happened, here in 18 again they are bond to use that tension so it's not really that different from angry mom but here the guy her kids' age is actually her same aged husband?
also both show parents go back to school and blend in with their kids' lives and try to help them

I'm putting this recommendation specifically because of one of the romantic pairings in Hospital Playlist. It has a similar concept to the one depicted in Love So Divine: a guy practicing to become a priest is stuck in a bind when a girl starts making him feel some type of way ^^ This specific ship in Hospital Playlist (named Winter Garden) is a slow burn romance, much like the couple in Love so Divine. I watched Love so Divine after watching Hospital Playlist and couldn't help but think of Winter Garden while watching the movie.
Hospital Playlist is a medical drama, much like Unsung Cinderella. I love both of these dramas because they are heartwarming and just very lovely in general. In comparison, Hospital Playlist is focused around a group of doctors, whereas Unsung Cinderella is more focused on one pharmacist. Hospital Playlist also has less detail about the patients and their stories, and more detail about the actual doctors and their lives. All in all, they are both amazing medical dramas.
Same plot and character but it's just a parallel universe! Their roles are reversed, so he's a famous person, while shes a doctor i think.
The food industry and love collide in both series.
Coming of age and love among team members and manager, subordinate relationship
