This is literally the original series that "Pretty Li Hui Zhen" is based on and follows the plot and characterization in it quite closely.
If you are finding some Kdramas with that second male lead syndrome then both of these dramas are made for you. Those two 2nd lead are caring, always there when she needs, a sweet-hearted guy but female leads didn't choose them in the end... =(
1. Both of these dramas have the sweet, light-hearted content and based on lives of college/ high school students. In "To the beautiful you", Kang Tae Joon (Minho Shinee) is a high jump competitor while Kim Bokjoo (Lee Sungkyung) in "Weightlifting Fairy" and her partner, Jonghyun (Nam Joohyuk) are majored in weightlifting and swimming in respectively.
2. The main male leads are both known as the "hot boy" at schools with handsome look and amazing talent in their own majors. Somehow, they also struggle with their sporting career. If Kang Tae Joon got an accident that could potentially ruin his future career as an athlete, then Jonghyun's trauma is the only thing that gets in the way of his success.
3. Kang Tae Joon and Jonghyun each used to be really cold-hearted until the female leads come to light up their worlds.
4. There's always a second female lead who had a relationship with the main male lead- "To the beautiful you", Seol Hana (Jiwon) is his childhood friend and loves him for a really long time while Siho (Soojin) is his ex-girlfriend who still has some feelings for him. Both always try to annoy the female leads.

Main character is also a darling daughter, and her love interest also started from nothing. The revenge plot comes from a different direction, and it's much cuter/way less melo.
The Investigation in Cold Case is more direct on crime stories. The Specialist drama, it also involved with crime stories, but both have different approaches on investigating. It is not like pure Sherlock and Detective investigation technique. It is more evolve in thinking patterns in a creative and logical path.
Supernatural, spunky female lead (ghost in Arang, mermaid in Legend) with a male lead that starts off indifferent but changes because of the female. Both males have to protect the females throughout the drama. Both males are also looking for their mothers. Both have fantasy, mystery, comedy, drama and romance, and both are based off Korean folktales.
They are both based on true stories with similar people stepping up during WW2 in an attempt to help the Jews.
Both dramas are adorably pure and the leads just steal you heart with with their sincereity and innocence.
Both involve simple predictable plots executed very well.
Both of them just have that stress free, happy happy feel you know?

Both dramas feature childhood frenemies that slowly fall in love.
In addition to the similarity of the male actor, the movie presents the same feeling in his stories
While these dramas have completely unrelated plots, their sense of humor are quite similar. Both are comedies that flourish through their character actors and zany antics in everyday activities. Both have a lack of background music that make the awkwardness and situations all the more hilarious and enjoyable. Fun comedies to relax with!
Both dramas have leads with amazing chemistry between each other, have many cheesy (the good kind) romantic, fluffy moments, and revolve around school life. Sassy Go Go has a darker and more dramatic undertone arguably, but both also focus on mental health, rivalry, heartbreak, and school life. Both are easy and engaging to watch with a perfect balance of number of episodes without getting stretched out. (And also both male leads are just flipping adorable?)
Both shows are fluffy and light with a lot of heart! Watch for the adorable OTP chemistry and coming of age story between the leads. Also, I don't remember ever hating the 2nd leads as the episodes progressed on both shows.
There are both a marriage contract,Also live together..
But a full house comedy more and there is no disease

The same scriptwriter Yang Hee Seung penned both dramas. Both dramas have wholesome memorable characters and comedy within quirky romance. Oh my ghost has extra elements of ghost mystery and thriller while Weightlifting fairy is more lighthearted and slice of life. Both are enjoyable with solid acting from the cast
