Both share the Same atmosphere and the same Female Lead (Yoon Jung Hee) her personality in Dear Heaven Is More stronger and less of a very quite type female lead both share a realistically built relationships and also in both drama the main 2 couples rarely quarrel with each other but in (Dear Heaven) the two main couple are so much better in term of mutual understanding.

They both deal with the same subject matter of maids and Oh Ji Ho is in both :D

Pinocchio is not a very cliched love story, which reminds me of It's Okay, That's Love. They both have great themes/lessons to learn and take part of. Not to mention how phenomenal the two drama's actors are! Please watch!

Both are centered on a Japanese family and have a similar moods.

The leading lady is a strong person, the leading man get psychological treatment and the leading lady also helps him. The Drama is very funny. The main actor becomes to played from Ji Sung.

Both of these dramas are about reporting about the truth, Pinocchio is about Tv reporters while Hero is more about newspaper reports. So the plot and main source is somehow similiar, though Pinocchio is more dramatic and have more actions than Hero but both are exciting to watch and see if the truth are being revealed at the end.

Both movie is very much alike but have different setting. Both show have chaos, people reaction, family love and friendship.

Both also have the extremely complex sisterly relationship (Ruo Lan and Seolnan love their younger sisters to death, but Seolhi and Yu He want nothing to do with their older sisters-both of them are power hungry and ambitious). Both dramas tale the growth of 2 seemingly naive leads who eventually become leaders.

they are both medical romance dramas and the main leads have special talents when it comes to medicine.

Both lesbian themed movies. They are both extremely good, but Butterfly comes out on top in every aspect. Although tattoo is good it's confusing and makes about 0 sense, whereas Butterfly will have you going through an emotional roller coaster.
