Both have pretty similar vibe. Both dramas contain serious moments, hilarious parts and super cute main couple, which you may learn a thing or two from watching it.

both are based off of mangas and give off similar feels when translated into live actions. Also, the general theme of a group of male students and one female student in high school

Both female leads are badass, strategic, and can fight
Both are excellent spies
Both female leads do not need men saving them,
rather they are the ones saving others.
Male leads are similar too in that they don't treat the females as delicate flowers. Instead, they train them to develop their potential, and treat them as equals.
Definitely recommend!

Both dramas follow the tale of protagonists who dedicate their life (aka career) to taking down a criminal who wronged them during childhood. Very fast paced and entertaining!

Hanzawa Naoki is set in the banking industry but the story is intense, shocking, and exciting to the very last episode just like Ouroboros. There isn't as much physical action mainly because Ikuo and Tatsuya were at actual crime scenes most of the time, but I believe anyone can enjoy Hanzawa Naoki's story.

Midnight Sun is the original movie version. The "theme" songs in both dramas are also great, and sung by the main actresses. The movie has its own unique charm.

Its said that Windstruck acts like a prequel to MSG. I recommend watch MSG first, because you will get the references more quickly.

But, while MSG is more like a Rom-com, Windstruck is more like a melodrama with a hint of action and comedy.

Mess With The World is focused on the relationship between the CEO of a company and one of his employees. It has both the beautiful and ugly side of society (strength, pride, jealousy). These human aspects are shown very well in this movie, very realistic in terms of how things turn out. A movie that gets you thinking.

The overall feel and warmth are quite similar.

Both stories tell about people who seem lost somewhere in their lives and start to pursue their old dreams again. The characters are strong and well written, even the supporting cast, and their interactions and the skinship feel very natural. The romances and struggles are well founded, too.

Both feature adorable male leads (who happen to be CEOs of successful gaming companies);

Both feature leading ladies who are very unique, and who work in video game development;

Both male leads fall in love with their rather quirky/unusual leading ladies;

Both shows have second leads who are the leading lady's childhood friend.

SWDBS and LR are romantic comedies, but SWDBS has some incredibly dark thriller moments that are lacking in LR, while LR has more melodrama/teary moments than SWDBS.

Strong females are in both. The romance takes a back seat but it's good. The male leads are incredibly protective of the woman they love and would do anything to keep her safe. Male leads are also the best and coolest at his profession. Suspenseful.

Good fighting scenes in K2.
