So...I didn't particularly like Deranged, but if you liked Deranged, you will definitely love The Flu; I can't guarantee the reverse if you liked The Flu, you'll like Deranged.

Both films revolve around a spreading epidemic and chaos. So in terms of those aspects I think it's safe to say someone who liked this movie will like The Flu.

The problem is that Deranged was too slow paced, constant unnecessary chaos scenes that added nothing to the plot, and a boring main "hero" and just a forgettable movie.

On the other hand I watched The Flu first and I LOVED it. So I was super excited for Deranged, but it just was a poorer version of The Flu in my opinion.

If you liked Deranged watch The Flu. If you hated Deranged, watch The Flu.

The female lead's characters are similar in the sense that they are strong and despise the guys (at first). The romances are super cute! Although the revenge plots are a little bit complicated.

The guy's character frequently offers his help and care for the girl. Both drama was so heartwarming. The guy feels sad for the girl for her misfortune, and tries to make her days better. Both possesses slice of life kind of drama which are relatable.

The romance and comedy is just fantastic.

I would rewatch these two!

-Both is about a love story between a korean man and a japanese woman, and the subsequent cultural clash between korean and japanese culture

-Both have an attractive korean male lead: T.O.P. in TSM and Won Bin in F2002
-Both are short: TSM is 18 eps x 15 min and F2002 is 4 eps x 50 min

DIFFERENCES:
-TSM is more artful/deeper meaning and has the better stunning cinematogtaphy and a more darker and mystical tone
-F2002 focuses more on the cultural difference, while TSM more on past hurts and love itself
-TSM is better than F2002

ALSO, Check out:
-Ueno Juri's AMAZING acting in TSM!
-Yoo In Na (Goblin, Queen In Hyun's Man) as side character in TSM
-Lee Dong Gun supporting role in F2002

I usually don't make Recommandations, but since it's a rare theme in dramaland, I wanna suggest this J-drama. It's not the best, but it's pretty interesting. If in Missing 9 they are survivors of a plane accident on a desert island, in Limit they survived to a bus accident during a school trip

-Both REVENGE ROMANCE MELODRAMAS, where male lead takes revenge on family (direct family & family-in-law respectively)

- Both have a leading male actor whose acting is AMAZING! (Green Rose: Go Soo. ISILY: So Ji Sub)

-I'm Sorry I Love You is better (10/10!) , so it's better to watch Green Rose first, other way around may feel like a step-down, especially GR male lead's trauma might seem very light in comparison to the trauma of ISILY male lead's.

-ISILY has a more sympathetic/tragic male lead than GR
-ISILY is more romance-focused & the love story MUCH better
-GR is slow-paced, while ISILY has a much better pace/doesn't drag or bore you

Both deal with Life/Death.

My Fantastic Funeral is about a dying-of-a-disease girl planning her own funeral who falls in love

Loss:Time:Life is weirder, with people having additional time after their deaths to make up for what they'd missed before they really die. No love story in LTL.
