Both are intense conspiracy dramas. Three days is not exactly like Two weeks, because the journeys the protagonists are going through. But, both have a lot of heart in midst of desperation. While, the chips are down both heroes look for inspiration in people they care for and keep pushing through. The pace and the feel is very similar in both the dramas and both have pretty tight scripts.

Both shows have main characters with realistically muddled/mixed intentions.
Female lead has faced a tragic past, yet is willfull/self reliant and wise, while the male lead is often rash and childish but also honest, gentle and caring -- this relationship ( in both shows ) is built upon a strong friendship and mutual respect before evolving into romantic love.

lots of tragic ill fated lurv n all that too. love triangles in both shows involving relatives (in ja myung go sisters in love with the same man, in imperial doctress brothers in love with the same women)

court machinations n manipulations abound...

both shows are melodramatic but entertaining and plotwisty in the juiciest (though admittedly sometimes most absurd) way

the story revolves around two groups which initially dislike each other and soon grow comfortable with each other. There is a budding romance between the male and the female lead of the groups, and hee joo's personality is much alike to a certain character of this drama. Last but not least the teachers are absolutely awesome, and they both have a similar play out along the story

Even though the two dramas have very different feel to them, they both revolve around the same topic--desire, and how what you want might not be what you think it is.

Both are about a marriage that wasn't very wanted. The girls will do anything to complete a task at hand. The males have very contrasting personalities, but both just make you fall in love over and over again. Mysteries in both. Amazing!!!

Both are romances about a female that marry a rich man. The females are free spirits and don't any crap from anyone. The males are almost like control freaks when it comes to their wives. Both are amazing and should be watched from start to end.

They are both really sweet romances about females marrying into an unknown family. Both girls are naive and are playful. They don't let anyone boss them around. The males are very level headed and have 2 brothers.

If you like medical dramas and you haven't watched this... you're missing out. There is romance in this but focuses more on medical. The main character enters the palace as a doctress just like Yu Xian and complicated politics stuff get involved.

Both the dramas have some relation in the supernatural happenings. Where as in Signal regarding the messages with the past and in Cheo Yong in relation to the ghosts. Both focus on solving crimes in the society.
