Both stories have very strong themes of friendship as well as overlapping periods of time. Not only that, but the theme of saving one of the friends is also one of the main themes of both. While Orange more focused on the romantic relationship, Enoshima Prism is more focused on strictly friendship but contains a romantic aspect as well.

One is a korean drama and the other is a japanese movie and both were great just that school 2013 has more details about other themes and Biri Gyaru is mainly about a student that is considered stupid and just her mom and another teacher believes in her, actually my explanation sucks but Biri Gyaru is a great movie

Each episode deals with a different patient and his/her reason to get surgery with little background of their story, more or less.
Before & After Seong Hyeong-ui Gwa is more comedic tone and zany/wacky especially the owner of the clinic and the nurse, while Face Maker is more dark and serious, especially in the approach of surgical operations.

An underrated gem about 4 women from different walks of life who reluctantly united to search for their mutual friend who went missing right after her wedding. Each episode reveals a new layer of bitter reality in their struggles against gender norms in a society which takes every ounce of their efforts for granted. If a drama series feature the evergreen beauty Kyoka Suzuki, the free spirited Kaori Momoi, it can't be bad.

Both movies are about first loves from high school that started as friendships. Both male lead characters become close with the girls even though they aren't consider "popular girls". Because of those friendships/crushes, the female lead characters grow in beauty and confidence. They remember their first loves fondly and hope to see them again.

of the similar story where the rich fall for the poor and experience obstacles because of the difference in social class. Except Autumn's Concerto is much better in my opinion.

Exaggerated reactions that are used to bring humour. Both main girls fall in love at first sight with a man for whom they'll enter "his own world" to win him over.

About dating an idol and the problems that come with it. The difference is that in Smiling Pasta they're in a fake relationship and learn to accept each other, while in Twenty Years old they face difficulties with others accepting their relationship.

Both deals with different crimes related to one person. We see the story growing and the relationships between the different characters go with the different investigations that are made. The difference would be that in one protagonists are a group of students if not high schoolers whereas on the other hand it's grown up adult and it is a more mature way of treating the psychology of theses crimes masters.

It has a similar shoujo, light and fluffy vibe to it. In a way, the female lead has a similar charm to her, and they're but pretty cute. The main male leads are both tsundere as well, and they end up becoming increasingly kind of the female lead. Both works are by the same director too!

Both dramas involve accidental time traveling and falling in love with a Joseon man. Splash Splash Love is only 2 episodes long, while Queen In Hyun's Man is a full length drama.

Both dramas involve accidental time traveling and falling in love with a Joseon king. Both also deal with former lives/ reincarnation. Rooftop Prince is a full length drama (20 episodes), while Splash Splash Love is a Drama Special (2 episodes only). Both also star kpop idol male leads (who are should be considered fantastic actors).

Haven't watched Runaway Sweetheart yet, but story-line seems similar to the plot in You're Beautiful. A girl who replaces her brother in a idol boy-band, where the other members end up questioning their sexuality. You're beautiful is probably a lot better and more cuter!
