Both deal with food and culinary arts, but the settings are different. Love Cuisine is set in a school while Oh My Ghost has a restaurant setting. Cute romance in both, guaranteed to make you smile. Oh My Ghost, of course has a supernatural element, and some mystery associated with it, but Love Cuisine seems more light-hearted, as far as I have watched, that is.

Since Coffee Prince is a classic romantic comedy, here's another classic. There's no tomboy, but there are some pretty funny scenes and it's an easy watch.

If you want to continue down the road of dark melodrama and want to see more Lee Dong Wook than this may be the way to go. But be warned, A Bittersweet life in it's own way can be even darker than Hotel King with very little light hearted reprise. Like Hotel King, it also has a very good Romance, although the romantic couple have a completely different vibe.

There is the age gap between the leads. KWUWA is a little heavier, with a bit less romance. Not as fluffy as Kinkyori Renai.

There are some definite similarities. Shiritsu Bakaleya Koukou is kind of like Gokusen-lite, with ten times the girls and no teacher making speeches and kicking butts. There's a lot of fighting (but these guys don't seem to get pounded into the ground like the guys from Gokusen do). And a lot of running. And a lot of ragegrowling from a lot of cute guys. There are even similar themes - fighting for what's important, loyalty. Plus, Takaki Yuya from Gokusen 3 is in it. If you enjoyed these things about Gokusen, give it a shot, the episodes are only about 20 minutes.

Both are heavily comedic films following undercover cops and there oftentimes hilarious mishaps and antics. Recommended for anyone in the mood for lighthearted, relaxing films that leave you with a smile.

Both leads own the company where the female leads are employed. Boss vs Employee romance. And the romance (i.e. the leads caring for each other) is off the charts.

Both male leads are quirky with similar mannerisms. And they both love the female leads so very much. Also, there's the rich guy, poor girl thing going on.

Despite having different settings, both dramas have similarities regarding Japanese youth in the early 2000s and delinquency. They also share the same director (Kankuro Kudo), and a major part of the cast.

Has the same element of fox spirits and ancient rituals, and talismans coming to life.

Both have similar characters: someone that abides the law and someone who doesn't. Also both have the feeling that in this world the good guy doesn't always win.
