If you loved Park Hae Jin 's psychopathic character in this, definitely watch Voice season 2 and 3 for its spectacular performance by Lee Jin Wook. Voice 2 and 3 did an amazing job at fleshing out character like this that progressively worsen because of evil, manipulative forces around them. Enjoy!
Both series are makjangs that has elements of infidelity, betrayal and revenge. The cinematography are very good!!
People separated for a certain time.
Without giving spoilers I see them quite similar. Although the movie "Ito" the gap is longer than in "Soshite, Ikiru".

I found the plot with the villains of both dramas being very similar - both hold high positions in the community therefore no one suspects them, but behind the scenes, they take advantage and do shady things. Also, the whole supernatural background was a bit similar.
Social Syndrome's episode 1, "The Lucky One" tells about an idol and her fanboy. In some ways, the story critics the falseness behind the Industry and the way which fans actually idolize to "fake people".
All of that is dealt with again in The Debut, but much more extensively.

Both of these stories feature a more mature angle on BL/Gay Relationships. Dark Blue and Moonlight is heavier than WBL, but the bittersweet tone is tangibly similar between the two. They both follow a pair who face a long separation with feelings attached. Also, both of them are set outside of an educational setting.
Both the Drama Special and the short film commemorate the 10th anniversary of the Great East Japan earthquake and deal with its aftereffects on the lives and the scarred souls of the protagonists, their efforts in rebuilding what was lost, as well as honoring the memory of their loved ones.

well, so many people have given out recommendations and i am surprised that no one is yet to recommend Voice season 2 and 3 when the male lead character there is so similar to the one in Flower of Evil. in fact Voice series are OCN dramas so they are meant to be a lot darker and with less emphasis on romance which could be a plus for a genre like this. there is a good reason why the Voice series keep getting season's extension, you gotta watch it to know. enjoy!
- Sunny Suwanmethanont is ML in both movies
- Both movies have a similar bittersweet vibe
- Both productions have unexpected endings

Both productions have a similar premise - Sunny is confused about his feelings towards two women. Dear Dakanda is the one with better writing and acting, so if you watched Stay: The Series, you should go and watch Dear Dakanda asap.
Both movies are made not to entertain I guess but to tell reality to the public, an ugly reality. Both are dark, melancholy, beautiful, and sad with having plot of child abuse.
Not that the plot is similar in any way, but it's a similar vibe - warm and fuzzy characters, all the people in this drama are nice and good people that understand others. Relationships are healthy, be it work, friendships, families, or romance. Lead couple has amazing chemistry. A simple story with really good developed characters.
