Both dramas show appreciation for food.
The leads critics the food and they really enjoy the food and show others how to eat them. Both dont center on romance altho dae jang geum has more of it than lets eat.

I think the fact that they're both about the girl having a one-sided, long running love for the guy and the fact that they are primarily set when the characters are adults and working in hospitals definitely makes "Koi Tsuzu" have "They Kiss Again" vibes. Certain similar plot points which I won't reveal because *spoilers*

Both are melodramas that involve first love separated and reunited. Bonus - Park Jin Young is the younger version of the male lead in both dramas!

In both dramas, the second male lead break up with the female lead, for another woman. They'll learn quickly that when fantasy became true, i'ts one thing to dream but another to live with it.

Both plots are about insecure women that rent a boyfriend.
Although i think *Boy for Rent* is more "real life" than *Kareshi wo Loan de Kaimashita*

Both shows focused on forensics. Medical Examiner goes a little more in-depth into forensics and the main character teams up with the police. Good chemistry between the trio and good cases.

Both these drama talk about an ML seeking revenge and hurts the FL in which he is falling for.
The ML in TBSC is seeking revenge for his mother who passes recently in his life on his father for not being the caring husband he should have been. After the ML mother passes, his father brings home women and her daughter which is the FL.

Many differences between the two, but one similarity is:
Main character getting dragged into a world of blood and murder unintentionally.

They both revolve around food connecting people to their feelings as well as each other. Both female leads share a troublesome childhood which affected them in different ways. Chocolate is a bit more melo and slow paced compared to Eccentric Chef Moon, however both dramas seem to have a healing type of vibe to them.

I love both these movies so much,, they both remind me of each other a bit, not in terms of the plot tho cause they both have different plots, but maybe in terms of how the lead girls continued to stay strong despite being the victim of cruel bullying,, better days focuses a bit more on the romance between the two lead,, how they trust each other was simply amazing and beautiful. Watch it, you srsly won't be disappointed :')

Both tackles school bullying and portrayed the consequences well,, the tone(?) or mood between these two movies are a bit different, but both are beautifully written in terms of story-telling.

Both deals with the theme of love do not last forever. Even if you love each other that alone is not enough to sustain the relationship. Both have a similar ending as well.

The story is set in the music industry and depicts the romance between 23 year-old solitary composer Aki and high school student Riko.
Four high school classmates Aki, Shun, Kaoru and Teppei form the band called Crude Play. They're set to make their major debut once they graduate from high school. Just before their debut, Aki suddenly quits the band and is replaced by Shinya. The band achieves a new-found popularity on the music scene. Meanwhile Aki, who now composes, continues to provide his music for them. He's tired of the music business and finds his present situation rather boring.
One day, on a whim, Aki asks female high school student Riko if she believes in love at first sight. Charmed by his humming, she easily falls for him and they start dating, When Aki learns that Riko is a big fan of Crude Play, he keeps his association with the band a secret.
Riko herself has an attractive voice, singing and playing guitar in a band she formed with classmates Yuichi and Sota. Takagi Soichiro, the music producer who debuted Crude Play happens to be scouting for new talent. After hearing Riko sing he decides to sign her. As the realization of Riko's dream approaches, she learns of Aki’s role in making it come true. Despite Aki being initially dishonest with her, their relationship deepens to love

Both are slow paced, and highlight the seemingly insignificant aspects of life. While Live looks out over the organization of the Korean police force as a whole, from the perspective of a handful of individuals, WTWIF is more focused inward on the personal narrative of its main leads. The genres/subjects are quite different, but the styles are similar, giving that true-to-life indie vibe.
