Similar premise/storyline. The son (ML) returning to get revenge against his 'father' with the help of his childhood friend (FL).
Two individuals with painful pasts navigate a complex journey of hurt and healing while falling in love.
No Hwi O, a detective in Gangnam’s violent crimes division, faces a sudden breakdown, becoming overwhelmed by uncontrollable anger.
Lee Min Gyeong, once a successful woman, is shattered by a traumatic event, leading her into delusions and a life of isolation, unable to trust others, and inadvertently causing anger in those around her.

Hospital Playlist and Resident Playbook are really similar because they both show the lives of doctors and what it’s like working in a hospital. Hospital Playlist is about older doctors who are super close friends, while Resident Playbook is about younger doctors just starting out. But both shows have a chill vibe, mix funny and emotional moments, and focus a lot on friendship and teamwork. The characters feel really real, and you get to see their personal struggles too, not just medical stuff. They’re made by the same people, so the storytelling and overall feel are pretty much alike.
It's basically the same story. The movie condenses as much of it as it can, the drama is starting the journey (two more parts/seasons planned IIRC).
Both are based on the classic drama / novel, so for who watched the older versions there won't be many surprises.
For me, TBH, though the story is very short-summarised, the movie comes ahead with amazing cinematography and good special effects (you can tell they're CGI, but that's the usual trend for cinema.)

again a soft and fluffy romance with a green flag relationship
both male lead doctors (ml in 'the best thing' isn't as cold and is more approachable)
due to the story being short in 'see you tomorrow' the plot and relationship of the main characters isn't as wel developed as in 'the best thing'
if you like a green flag, healing story line please watch 'the best thing'

love me, love my voice has a better plot though --> it's longer and allows for the story and relationship of the main leads to develop more (main characters in see you tomorrow only get together at the end of the story)

Both dramas have
#TWINS SWAP PLACES Trope
Ruk Nee Jae Jad Hai is a highly underrated Thai lakorn (because it's thai, if this was a kdrama it would be more popular!)
involving Twins as MLs + FL's romance with the non-gay one, after the twins swap places.
FL is bffs with the Gay twin, and has no idea they swapped (nor that there are twins) lol
ML (the gay one) is an actor + FL a scriptwriter if I remenber correctly or some role in the Ent industry for FL. ML non gay pretends to be the famous actor twin.
FL confused why she's suddenly actractted to her GAY Bff LOL

In both of these korean short-length/microdrama GLs (75 Degrees Celsius and An Office Thing), the new romance is primarily set in the workplace. They are also both incredibly fluffy with tension/conflicts being at a relatively low scale and resolved quickly. They also both have excellent production quality.
Fun fact: they both also spotlight real life companies. 75 Degrees Celsius spotlights Altdif and An Office Thing spotlights Plain Plenty.

Taking place in the same universe, An Office Thing is the continuation of Yu Bin's story from She Makes My Heart Flutter.
In the same universe as each other, An Office Thing is the continuation of Yu Bin's story from Out of Breath. Yu Bin makes multiple references to the unrequited love of her friend from Out of Breath.
- Royal escorted on a dire mission
- Fight against all odds + constant danger
- Small group of warriors vs constant attacks
- Interesting cast of characters
- Thrilling action
- Similar final escape
WotD is quite a bit slower-paced and more focused on the adventure rather than the politics. WotD also has no female characters while QW is female led.
