BLs based on pop bands where some of the members have to choose between love or being an idol and realize their dreams.
***NON-PLOT SPECIFIC CONNECTION SPOILER ALERT***
Both of these series are productions of Taiwan. There is an interesting moment in the final episode (episode 12) of Be Loved In House: I Do when Aaron Lai’s character has a literal run in with Wayne Song. Wayne’s character speaks some words of wisdom and then as Aaron character leaves, Wayne’s character tries to remember where he recognizes him from. Swimming in High School. A cameo and nod to Swimming Battle where they both were in the cast as support characters.

All about, love and sacrifices for family, loved ones and friends that evil can never ever understand love.
STTS is about a girl who enters a fictional world and learns to navigate. She has the power to freeze the world because she entered through her TV. Therefore she can freeze the world using her remote. Very comedic and less romantic but hard to let go once you finish.
DP is a romance about an author who enters her novel. She has to fix her BE from inside the book and must navigate the dangerous waters. She has no golden finger aside from her memories of the book and character settings. She uses her knowledge to solve multiple cases and gain the trust of the characters.
They both include a girl going into a fictional world. They have the enemies to lovers troupe and a fml that is very bright, infectious and a bit nosy. They tend to eavesdrop a lot and try to avoid death while in the world.
There is a huge difference though. DP is a wuxia drama, so no immortals but there is qinggong. STTS is a xianxia drama so there is immortals and demons.

The plot begins with the lead’s family home burning down. The suspect of the fire is falsely accused. The lead infiltrates a rich family find answers. Female lead has similar vibe to Komugi.
Another show that encapsulates loneliness. The show thoughtfully presents a main character, an introvert, who travels to work and back each day. Slowly, she comes out of her shell and engages with the world around her.
Slice of life. A young woman in a transient time in her life. We follow her day to day life as she heals and reconnects with her childhood. She creates delicious, seasonal, nostalgic recipes. A healing story.
Both of them have main characters that rely on each other heavily. The vibes and atmosphere are also quite similar and both have a heaviness as well as a soft angsty vibe.
Characters: The three main leads are similar to the main leads in Ashes of Love especially the second male leads.
Plot: Both has a great story and the speed of storytelling was perfect. However, personally, Blossoming Love isn't as sad as Ashes of Love so if you're looking for smth that you want to cry alot from, try Ashes of Love.
Acting: Everyone's acting was on point, especially the main leads, just like Ashes of Love's cast.
Scenery: Both really pretty (but personally, preferred Ashes of Loves' bc its more realistic in some way)

In both series, the male lead is a supernatural being that has been in existence for hundreds of years. The female lead is unique to the male lead in regards to how his powers interact with her. The main couple also knew each other in their past lives.

Both are historical dramas in which the leads have a difficult relationship due to the power struggles of the court and their countries. Halfway through both dramas one of the leads jumps off a cliff and is presumed dead by the other and the plots sort of "reset" with a change in location and costumes. Both have Song Wei Long as the ML.
