Both have a very similar plot - the main couple marries, ML is distant, FL wants a divorce and fakes her kidnapping to try to leave the marriage.

For me, these two dramas are as similar as possible

Calm, soft dramas with lots of sweet romance. Great chemistry between couples. Begin Again is a Chinese drama, a bit longer, and it has two main couples. Both are adorable, one is more slowburn with a FL who hesitates to let herself fall in love like the FL in Love Scout. Just like in Love Scout, the male leads in Begin Again are very nice, warm guys. There is a child in both dramas. Both has a bit of buisness, but Begin Again is not set in an office and has more beautiful scenery. Love Scout is sort of episodic (different clients in each episode) while Begin Again has more supporting characters. Both are very lovable dramas that makes you relaxed and happy.

Trauma Code: Heroes on call gives similar vibe and energy to Ghost Doctor. Doctors and Nursers are willing to do anything to save patients in both shows. both show have comedy side to it.

Its a story of a girl who is in love with a person who owns a restaurant and started to live together with him anf his brothers but later on she end up loving the younger brother of her crush and he was a bit rude but kind but he dont show it, he even helped her in worst time and yes it is a very great movie also because of kento yamazaki!
