Village Survival is like a combination of Family Outing with mystery-investigation kinda-like theme. It doesn't suit my preferences, but still "okay" to watch. I recommend this if you like Jennie Blackpink, because she's actually starred in Village Survival! Oh, and there's Yoo Jae Suk too!
Similar genre that you may like and both starred by Yoo Jae Suk! Apartement 404 only revolves within an apartment (as you can see from the title), on the other hands, Busted is more similar to The Great Escape.
Both having the same genre, with one goals to solve a certain mystery in each episode. I recommend watching The Great Escape Season 1-4, because it actually connected, some kind of a universe!
Same cute vibe and a romantic mixup in high school.
They are both full of secondhand embarrassment humour, and both dramas will have you rooting for the accident prone lead.
Both dramas have an opposites attract scenario.

Moonlight Mystique was adapted from the novel written by the same author of The Last Immortal, and high chance that they are in the same universe. (Note: ¡they are not sequels or prequels!)
The Qin Empire 3 is a direct sequel of The Qin Empire 2, following the son of King Huiwen of Qin - King Zhaoxiang of Qin.
Qin Dynasty, Mi Bazi/Queen Dowager Xuan, King Huiwen of Qin/Ying Si, King Zhaoxiang of Qin/Ying Ji, Kingdom of Qin, Warring States Era

Both are mini dramas with a Republican Era setting in which the FL is out for revenge/to uncover the truth behind her family's death. She and the ML are both spies, something neither of them knows about the other.
While one is Chinese and the other Korean they reminded me of each other for the growth in the characters. Destined has an immature rich male lead that learns and grows through marriage and a war while My Dearest has an immature rich female lead that suffers through war and grows and changes.
Both dramas have male leads that will do anything for the female lead. Both show the ravages of war on the people and the court. Both have strong and loyal side characters.
Differences are that My Dearest shows a much more gruesome side that can be hard to watch while Destined is more slice of life with hardships sprinkled in. However the character growth in both gives the same kind of vibe to me and I think if you liked one you would probably like the other.
