These two are what you call medical dramas in actual sense. No nonsense characters and unnecessary filler ep. What a doctor has to go through in extreme situations is well depicted here.

Seirei no Moribito is more serious and slower paced, while Word of Honor is more comedic and focuses more on relationships.
