Both are fantasy/historical dramas with a older master ML and a younger disciple FL. Both MLs are cursed/harmed in some way (a cold curse vs. a wolf curse), and both FLs start out very innocent and then experience a lot of grief and loss.
Both are historical/fantasy dramas in which the ML is poisoned/cursed resulting in an animal-like personality to emerge.
Both dramas involve characters under a "wolf" curse that takes over their personality. Both also have a star-crossed romance between the leads.
Both sageuk portrays independent FL falling for the ML without knowing their real identity, and has very interesting characters and relations surrounding them. Also includes the unavoidable political plotline every historical drama has. There's a good balance of humour and seriousness.
I just started league of nobleman but seeing how this is going, it reminds me a lot of the longest day in in chang'an. the cinematography was the first thing that caught my attention. both series have mysteries and cases they solve that eventually sounds like it going to lead up to bigger cases. the only difference is that the longest day in chang'an is based on a one-day event but the action pack and everything that happened within that 24-hour period kept me on edge. the same feelings I have for a league of nobleman, I kept wanting more.
similiar type of the main female, brave and clever protagonist like the main male's and female's ?haracter an
Slow paced and about leaving the past behind and looking for happiness. The FL is a damaged character which lives in the auto-pilot while dragged by family and political issues.
Reincarnation, past lives, and the concept of death vs. life/immortality are very major themes in both series, only the FL is the supernatural being in SYIM19L, whereas the male lead is the supernatural being in Goblin. There is also bromance between the male leads in both series. Goblin is slightly more melodramatic and poetic than SYIM19L, but if you liked the romance in Goblin, you'll definitely enjoy the romance in SYIM19L.
I think they are kinda similar. I mean they both go back in time to when they were in college and it gives similar vibes. I think if you liked 18 again you'll like Go back couple.
Both are mini dramas that begin with the ML "purchasing" the FL. Both MLs are rough, FLs seemingly innocent.

Both deals with break up, and getting back together, with a plus one (the kid). Both drama without toxic love triangle., chemistry of the leads are really good.
- The banter between both the couples is similar and quite entertaining.
- Both MLs are charming and both the FLs hold themselves in high regard.
- Bora loses the so-called love of her life and the FL in Hometown Cha Cha Cha loses her dream job i.e both of them are at a difficult stage in their lives.
- Both the dramas are light hearted except one storyline in Hometown Cha Cha Cha.
- Enemies > Friends > Lovers

Both are set within a dream world of the FL who is trying to wake from a coma, with the ML both in the real world and a coma as well.
Both have a bodyguard character that would do anything for their assigned female client. The ML3 character in "Love of Replica" reminds me of the ML2 character in "The Last Empress."
