Is not a japanese drama but I think you could like it sinse it has all this mystery around and things you should find, so is fun (at least for me) if you like this kind of dramas where you have to solve the mystery.
Both dramas are mystery dramas that have the concept of going back in time to find the solution to a crime/ change the outcome of a event that already happened. On Reset the main leads are stuck in a time loop, while in blue birthday the main leads (inicially only the FL) can go back to a specific time window based on photos.
The competitive gaming aspect is kind of similar. I found the relationship in You are my Glory to be much more mature but equally satisfying when ML and FL finally get together. The friendships of side characters are also important.
Both have
- fake relationship
- don't like each other at first but fall in love
- the ML falls first

When I watched Gong shim I kept thinking that it was a little similar to monster.
Similarities:
- in Monster both leads are lawyers and in gong shim the ML is a lawyer
- both have a mystery solving plot line
I want to say Monster is more about revenge and has less scene that are romance.

Both revolve on an gay couple finding their way in the world, however in Dear Ex, this couple spins off a story, rather than them being the story. A very great watch.
Same feel kinda of drama. The ensemble work, and slice of hospital work and lives of the doctors too.
Although this drama don’t really revolve around the same departments. The reason I find them similar is because of the sense of work ensemble and also because well these two dramas didn’t annoyed me too much as a doctor myself.
Unexpected unpopular underdog rises to the occasion. Makes it work with the help of those around him.
Both have an older FL as the mentor
The FL of both shows have start out in love with her boss who is engaged to another woman

In Perfume, the main male lead is a narcissist who is brilliant at his craft as a designer and develops feelings for the lead female as she works her way into his line of business as a model. She also becomes his cook and housemaid in the process. This is literally a magical drama.
> similar vibes - quite dark, quite drama and sometimes funny
> fake marriage theme
> lies between main couple
> cold ML
> smart, warm FL
> ML try to find the truth
> Poor woman/Rich man
> FL decides to do certain things in the face of death
> idk yet how Crazy Love end, but i'm quite sure that it will be hate to love relationship like in Mask

The male lead in both is taken as "damaged goods" .
The female lead secretly replaces another woman in an arranged marrage-to-be and then marries the male lead, decieving him of her identity.
Later on both of them fall in love one with another.

Both have this creepy vibe to them and keeps you hooked till the end. Although Hell is other people is more intense and creepy than Extracurricular.
-Both feature Park Hyung-sik.
-Both have long time best friends where one has feelings for the other.
-Both the leads have to live together
-Leads share loads of chemistry
