the vibe and the comedy are really alike. both have that "unexpected" pairing and unlike the usual cold ml/nice fl, these are well balanced, crazy ml/crazy fl and the gen z fls that won't back down to the ml
- secretary/ boss relationship
- was supposed to resign but kept working after boss sustained an injury
- secretary lying to the boss about who she is and dating him ( fake relationship) regardless of how it started happening

Black Mirror-ish Thai series with great production level in which it's depicted how new technologies tends to supply vital needs like socialization and humans turn addicted to it.
This may be weird, but I think the two shows have a few similarities. Both have some comedy to keep the audience entertained. Both shows' characters (or at least some characters in Vincenzo) also obsessed about looking for gold/treasure.
While the concept of these two is worlds apart/ very different, they both result in having to survive at the cost of other lives, such as their friends. Betrayal is a huge aspect/part of both stories. Also, violence/ recklessness and failure of morals in both dystopian scenarios are similar.
However, Remember 15 contains more extreme gore.

Time setting was also before '00.
The drama was about girls friendship, family struggle, and romance.
The FL was Bona (Go Yurim's actress) and she was really awesome in this one too!

Similar trope of: "Secretary goes to the blind date by mistake and boss falls in love with her" but in Secret Life the part of "oh no what will happen once he finds out my true identity" is much more important.
While both Kdramas revolve around injustice and crime, the female leads are strong, unique and independend. Additionally, the male leads in both of them are rather imperfect and have a healthy amount of character development during the series. Both remain exciting until the last second.
Both shows have a husband with multiple mistresses. However, in Kuroi 10-nin no Onna there is the possibility of the mistresses plotting to kill the ML whereas in Cheat on me if you can the possibility lies with the wife planning to kill the ML. Both shows are also comedies and don't take themselves too seriously.

First of all they are not similar at all. I recommend this only to those that wish to see a whole other side of Lee Soo Jin and his acting. One might even say that they are polar opposites seeing that one is a light comedy while the other is a tragic melo. If you need a good cry after laughing or the other way around do give the other a go.
Everyday life couldnt be more hilarious. In both drama the mcs are trying to follow their dreams but alas. They keep failing while finding themselves in many random ridiculous events. There is romance, there is friendship and there is lots of funny moments. Mind you though that where Modern Farmer leans more on the slice of life Dr Park's Clinic focuses more on the humour.
If you like the way the ML and FL are competing with each other using strategy and wisdom in the autumn ballad, you'll definitely like General and I.
