Both are suspense and thriller drama involving corporate frauds. In both there is a death of the main lead's father but here the fathers of both the leads died and they are struggling to find the real culprit. In you complete me, ML doubted FL's father and dated her to reach him, here FL thought ML to be behind her father's death and faked amnesia to come closer to ML who was also her past lover.

both FL are trying to figure out if their husbands are cheating. in Show Window: The Queen's House the affair is very obviously show whereas in Cheat On Me, If You Can the producers are kind of trying to make the watcher doubt if the husband is really cheating. both dramas also involve people getting killed in the process and both dramas play heavily with suspense.

Both series start out with an idol group that is no longer popular and no one really pays attention to anymore. I believe both FL are the leaders of the group, they struggle to make it in the entertainment world but as they meet headstrong ML, slowly ML starts to have feelings for FL.

They used to be in a relationship but separated. For a long time they meet again.
I think they both have good comedy. Of course, in this series, the girl's failure in life is portrayed more.
