If you haven't watched the phenomenal OG of all the love-triangle stories in the existence of k-drama history, then what are ya waiting for? xD
- Follows the story of the rich guy and poor girl (and somewhat poor girl in TB)
- Has the most precious, selfless, and heartwarming second male lead that you will fall in love
with
- Complicated love-triangle stories
- Strong and hardworking female leads, but can be vulnerable at times
- Beautiful messages portrayed in both
- TB is like a modern and somewhat more realistic version of BOF
- Both have good comedic value
Although BOF is 12 years old, it still is a good drama to go back to and watch every now and then. The start for it all

Same production
2 secondary characters are the same
Both cheesy and ridiculous but enjoyale
ML are somewhat a bit similar in their style and personality

Split personality.
Male confused about the mood swings of the FL
Elements of supernatural
A tad cheesy, not very serious

Another film about Nichiren Daishoin, Buddhist Monk from Tendai tradition. He lived in Kamakura in 13Century and he taught the Lotus Sutra for mappo period.
Both are heartwarming dramas about mortality where cats play an integral part.
Both shows about law firms were the lawyers blur the line between good and evil and seek justice in their own way in their own way. Both FL and ML of each show are badass and have vendettas, goals they want to obtain, and must mutual team up with the other lead to fight the common enemy. Both shows are witty, the romance is their but not overtly, it's more of a push and pull/ sparks fly dynamic.
Both dramas deal with a backstory where lead actors were teenagers and then progress to them 10+ years later as adults. In both CaHM and AE, the flashbacks are skillfully woven into the story line. I enjoyed these two dramas very much.
One of subplots is rather similar - "fake" (grand}sons taking care of their "fake" old (grand)mothers with Alzheimer's
Both are LGBT dramas with heavy reference to the Red Thread myth of fate (I honestly wish more dramas had plots with this)
Apart from the obvious difference that YMMD is a kdrama and UWMA is a Thai drama, YMMD is kinda lighthearted and short, while UWMA starts with a dark undertone (don't worry, it gets fluffy later) and is longer.
Besides that, UWMA is a must watch for BL fans - I can't help but gush over it!

Although the storyline and everything is very different
Both depict the character of a historic political figure named Kim Jwa-Geun
FengShui is set in the last days of King Cheoljong while Mr. Queen was the early years
depiction of Kim Jwa-geun is different in both, as Mr. Queen tried to keep the light-hearted comedic touch in it
Both movies show a different ending to what happened to Kim Jwa-geun and King Cheoljong (idk which one is real but i'm pretty sure fengshui is closer to reality)

A movie depicting Heungseon Daewongun years later after he has put his son on the throne.
The story follows his son's wife "Empress Min" (a boss bitch queen?) and how Daewongun tries to get rid of her with the help of Japanese when she starts getting in his way.
It shows what happens to his son and his generation line in the following years as he sees them becoming puppets under Japanese rule.
P.S many historians say that it was Daewongun's fault that Korea went under Japan....

both are detective drama parodies. They reference cult detective dramas and make fun of the cliché and typical character archetypes.
male lead plots a plan to plan to take away his inheritence from FL by marrying her, then he slowly falls in love with her....but its too late becoz FL knows why ML mariied her and she hates him......but he chases after her
