Both FLs get second chances after being wronged in their past life and set out to do things differently this time.
Both have a mermaid FL, and a human ML with a connection to the ocean. Both have an open, but seemingly happy ending, and similar tone.
Both are short length Korean BLs with a chef ML, significant meals made out of love for the other, and some misunderstandings/light angst.
Both are short, warm BLs in which the leads either live together or across from each other, and one of the leads is a chef who shows his love through making food for the other.
Both are short length BLs with a chef ML and an awkward ML who gets swept into his world when one of the two move. Both have a love square.
Both are BLs in which (one of) the MLs shows love and romance through the food or desserts that he makes. Both have one of the leads having harbored a crush for a long time, and the story is either set in school or has flashbacks to the leads' school days.
Both are short length Korean BLs in which one of the MLs runs a restaurant. There is a third wheel/old boyfriend who causes problems.
Both are Korean short BLs in which one of the leads is a chef and owns a restaurant. Both have a third wheel/love triangle old boyfriend who comes back and causes problems.
Both are BLs centered around food. One of the MLs is a bit awkward, the other more outgoing, and one shows his love for the other by making him food or desserts.
Not a Same story but Perfect and Casual is also better to view and worth the time we spenddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddd
Both productions revolve around theatre; both have a similar premise where actors get too involved with their roles.
-The leads are connected through business
-mature romance
-independent smart female leads
-good second couple romances
I would strongly recommend Stand or Fall because there are no unnecessary second leads that will you second-lead syndrome or evil second-lead actresses and the friendship between the three actresses is amazing.
