Both dramas have very similar tones - not serious, but not overly comedic either. The stories *are* completely different, but the romances are both equally sweet. Her Private Life is a more mature watch though (the hottness and sexiness level is higher in HPL ;D). Both are fun dramas about unlikely, but adorable romances.
Both dramas have fluffy romances with no huge, larger-than-you, villain/antagonist. The romances in both dramas are sweet and innocent. Both leave you feeling happy and optimistic.
The dreariness of them both are similar and in each, unusual relationships form. Moonless Dawn is much darker though as it deals with mental health and a grim reality where a group of people find solace in each other.
Both are about Ghost.
SPOILER: there is a reference to Oh My Ghostess? in Hi Bye, Mama! so they are from the same world

The stories are very different but the way the story is executed cinematically actually feels similar and they both uses the nuances of dark comedy pretty well. Both are great movies and contain some of the most graphic gore scenes in a movie anywhere.

They are quiet and slow-paced just like "the way of tea" dictates, and their stories are character-centered. They both have elegant cinematography magnificent scenery, filming settings and costumes.
Soothing, comforting, with natural, subdued and refined performances from both late Kiki Kirin and Kuroki Haru in "Every Day A Good Day", as well as from Nakatani Miki in "Rikyu ni Tazuneyo", these movies are an exquisitely calming and unique experience!

One of the main characters has autism and the disability shows that the character has something special about them which changes the other main character. They are both stories where the people are trying to communicate with someone with autism.
Both female leads have medical illnesses, Both male leads are handsome. both dramas are sad/emotiona/good the only difference is the female lead in lavender dies from her illness, and the female lead in Love, Now survived from her illness.
Starting with the genre of both, being of mystery and drama, having as an enemy a religious cult that performs acts of vandalism, and the mission is to discover the truth.
The male protagonists are basically great at fighting, investigating and acts like pro agent. Although in the Age of Legends the female lead is badass, their chemistry is almost the same and very beautiful. In both dramas, there are missions and undercovers and lots of action, so it has a similar vibe.
Both male leads are also hot as heck as well as the female leads. It also involves drama and issues with the family of the other lead, such as murder or something uncovered.
In both dramas, there is a beautiful relationship and friendship as well.
You will love it.

- both dramas revolve around a (psychopath) killer.
- in both dramas the main lead helps out the police with their gift to catch the killer.
while the girl who sees scents has more of a romcom feeling, the game: towards zero is more darker and is a melodrama.

If you want a ghostly romance, these are the dramas for you. They have a great story and great actor to back it. Mystery is in the air, every episode we get new stories of third character and get to know the main character background as well.
They both center around fate, reincarnation and the rejection of homosexuality in the Thailand of the late 20th century.
Both dramas shows similar characters: a charming and reserved lawyer (who firstly seems a bit boring and tedious) and a girl who looks pampered at the first sight, but when you get to know her you find out thst she is actually kind and understanding.
