Can't explain too much without spoiling stuff, but both dramas are about normal people and how interacting with murderers changes them. They give off similar, suffocating and dark vibe.

Similar in all aspects. Story, characters... Well-directed and with great actors both will bring you the best of swindling genre.

In both shows:

> The FL can protect herself in a fight (and the ML, for that matter!)
> One of the leads is reckless while the other is a bit more cool-headed.

Different lives of brothers televised by different countries. Quite a separate story but try watching those if you're into history.

- Male lead come to capital city in search for something from village
- male leads have adoptive brother and expert in martial arts
- there is squad of fighters for justice
- SML kidnaps FL
-SML hangouts near courtesans
- other characters have nice sub story and romance
- SML ends up as king and ML gets the girl

Both searching for what really happened about a crime, in the past and in the present. Lot's of suspicion and little clues throughout. Teamwork of a detective and wife, and a attorney and heiress.

Thriller aspect is there, as well as romance, but Misty as a whole is not as innocent or upbeat as When the Camellia Blooms. Both shows have a serious tone, and keep you wanting to click the next episode. Camellia is more sweet and lighter in tone, but Misty has that mystery/thriller aspect. Both have competent, strong female leads who will stand up for themselves, as well as a male lead who will protect them (by any means necessary)...

There is lot of cold war before. But then true LOVE pops up , however the only difference is ex boyfriend coming back.
So it also match with love by chance .

In both shows:

both are revenge dramas , hate to love relationship , employee/boss relationship and the plot may be not very much similar but the story or overall theme is very similar.....
