Ok just hear me out, hah! Nietsche ALSO has a love interest who has/develops a strong degradation kink for the ML. The ML in Kono Otoko has a similar masochist/degradation/humiliation kink, obviously, but more on the physical side.

Similarities:
~Both have famous male leads and common female leads
~Initially both the couples had love-hate relationship
~Both the series encounters and deals with entertainment industry problems.
~Last but not the least, have pretty much same vibe with different storylines.

While CR is written during the China Republic And. ILMPTHP is set in modern times I feelthe characters are very similar. A strong dominating ML with a weak FL that comes from hating him to loving him. While the ML changes from cold hearted to deeply caring and protective.

Both focus on adults/young adults and portray LGBT relationships in a more realistic, non-fetishized way, touching on real issues and portraying real lives (or as close to real as a drama can get).

Both dramas take place during Japan's emperial rule over Korea, and are packed with intrigue, humanity, sacrifice and love. Different Dreams is set in the 1920s, while Gaksital is set in the 1930s.

Both show basically have the very same plot but with my family is watching siblings are the ones looking at the love lives of their brother or sister.

In both shows, the ML knows there's a group of people corrupting those around him, but very few people believe him. As the ML sets out to prove he's not lying, he ends up tackling the corrupted group head-on.

Some differences:
> In SM2 the ML tries to take down a scammer who is posing as a religious "elder" and is trying to build a cult in the ML's town. While in Vagabond, the ML tries to prove that a plane accident was actually caused by a group of individuals hoping to get a government military contract.
> Vagabond lighter than SM2 and more action-oriented. SM2 is slower-paced and more psychological.
> In SM2 the ML and FL are brother and sister. In Vagabond, the ML and FL become friends and then fall in love with each other.

Other similarities:
> Both MLs are great fighters (and almost a one-man army).
> They do have people that are loyal to them.

Both of thes dramas have pets that turn to human for the purpose of looking after or taking care of their owners.
