They both involve a person dying and going into another persons body. Both people learn new things after they “died”.

Relationship between the main couple has similar feeling (a bit like brother&sister, lots of playful teasing, not too much drama).

Similar concept, both focusing on relationships between in laws especially the daughter-in-law & mother-in-law relationship. The atmosphere is also similar- the male lead's mother initially not approving of their relationship.

In both dramas ,the protagonist is a high schooler who is a writer of popular literary works but keeps their identity a secret in school.

Both of them dealing with a bunch of friends and the hardships of youth. And in the end a couple gets together which wouldn't be expected at first glance.

Both movies take place in beautiful settings & depict an idealized country life. Both have bittersweet open endings.
