Both are Drama/Romance set in a workplace.
There is a similar dynamic in both between the male and female leads. In both the male lead is the direct supervisor/mentor/teacher of the female lead. In both the female lead is talented and competent.
In both the couple are equally attracted to each other(as opposed to those dramas that someone is the pursuer). The differences are in the actual plots.
Les Interpretes deals with disapproval of others about what seems to all an inappropriate work relationship and professional reputations. Heirs deals with legal issues that relate to inheritance law and the secrets each of the leads family have kept from them.

On Lookout we have a prosecutor and a police officer, on Defendant a prosecutor as main characters. In both dramas one of the leads will have to leave their position (but for different reasons). They both are trying to seek for justice for their families, both of them lost a loved one. In both dramas they dont trust the police and the justice system. Also shows a lot of corrupted politicians.
Similar plot that has a political background and people who are trying ti seek revenge and justice.
both have slow-building romances that start from friendship. In both the dramas, the female lead is working in an office and striving hard. Both male leads are super sweet and nice. Not jerks.

Both the movie Yuuki and Koizora involved the main character fighting a disease and changing their outlook on life. Although Koizora focused a little more on romance than Yuuki both still contain the same theme.
Both dramas have characters with great chemistry and detailed personalities. But more importantly, they both teach us valuable lessons that can actually be applied in real life. Both dramas are also centered around the workplace. In Misaeng, it is a trade company, while in Romantic Doctor Kim it is in the hospital.
While the stories have NOTHING in common, the shows remind me of each other because they both had low budgets and yet they have been among the best I have seen.. They knew how to direct their stories to keep the audience captivated.
Original japanese adaptation. Didnt have the strength to watch it then after the manga made me weep so much
Both deal about a small group of people that receive orders from a *leader* to investigate cases. Both give off a similar vibe. Both deal with characters that have a tragic past and try to get revenge.
saya suka sekali alur ceritanya karena susah di tebak dan itu membuat saya tidak bosan menonton drama ini. akting para pemerannya juga sangat bagus terutama pemeran utamanya.
