Both of them have a similar feel. D-Day is a medical drama based on a natural disaster but there's an entire storyline about the firefighters. Love 911 has more comedy but also has its fair share of drama. In both the female lead is a doctors. In D-Day the male lead is a doctor whereas in Love 911 he's a firefighter. Both are satisfying with the romance.
ie uru onna reminds me so much of kaseifu mita because of the demeanor of the main character.
In both stories the women are strong, independent, able to move others hearts, straight faced, and can do anything. Both have mysterious pasts and push others to be better.

Both being series dealing with cold cases and both dramas have the same flavor in the cinematography and the OSTs.
Same female lead. the 'memory loss' thing instead on the female its on the male this time. the going back and forth with 2 guys and the guy who was lost his memory was presumed dead and ofc not. these 2 dramas have quite alot of similarites, stairway to heaven was more of a tearjerker but i cried a hell load watching winter sonata as well...
and u'll never forget ur 1st love~

Both are Chinese BL (Boys Love) themed movies. in both cases the story happens in an ancient setting.
Same Writers.
Same Female lead.
Really Comedic, it makes you laugh so much trust me.
And there are both relatively good dramas.

This movie incorporates similar elements- romance, drama, life, and music.
Similar to Kodoku no Gurume, this drama centralizes around food with a "slice of life."
They are both realistic family centered dramas. Lot's of people in the family and lots of events taking place - none are unrealistic. I felt it had the same vibe (I watched Life is Beautiful first and just recently watched Yeah, THIS). They were both realistic and fun at the same time (some scenes may be a tad boring but I think that just has to do with taste and how long you want to invest in the drama for lol). But I think anyone who liked 'Life is Beautiful' will like this drama as well.
Both of these dramas are about looking for love but also realizing you just might be ok without it too. Both dramas also ask questions about the nature of relationships/marriage/love, while keeping a focus on the career paths of the female leads. In particular, the friendships between the main female characters are the real focus. If you liked one, you'll really like the other!
When you watch them you have the special feeling of similarity. Both are just soo sweet and soo funny in the same way.
Both are Japanese and have marriage contracts and socially awkward male leads.
The setting is the same. Both dramas have the same feels, since in both dramas a rich guy (in rooftop prince the guy is a prince from the Joseon era who ends up in modern-day Seoul and in Shopping King Louis the guy is the heir of a conglomerate) becomes poor and has to learn how to live a normal life with a poor woman who takes care of him.
Both are historical comedy and involving swindling and thieving.
