This show was bullshit. Like it had no lore. I feel like I didn’t really know the characters just fucked around in my face for two hours, but it’s like it’s not the worst thing I’ve ever seen, but it’s also like not very good and my friends looking at me right now oh that’s treacherous anyway just like RIP in that sexy guy who couldn’t be in a pair because there was five of them instead of six someone gave my boy a pair he was yearning for it anyway maybe if this was longer and maybe if we knew how to write plot in 15 minutes, this would’ve been better, but it wasn’t so it wasn’t. 7/10 okay bye!

Cute kid lmao. Also, I need more vampire lore because this shows pretty empty and I don’t know anything about our characters. This kid is funny af lmao. Awe they are cute. Okay we are getting some romance building with this leftfield ass date. This lowkey doesn’t have any plot besides the vampires. I need a good vampire though I can't lie. Jealousy with the second couple. What a handsome cowboy. Getting some cute moments, rip that hot guy with no lover lmao. 9/10 okay bye!

the bloopers at the end were cute.... but…

the bloopers at the end were cute.... but wont say i was blown away watching this. it started off fun & funny, then it kinda turned meeh, what with all the "drama". also the reason J got sudden powers was cause of his birthday wishes?!? guess we all should take the whole 'blowing out the candles & making a wish' deal serious... ****************************************************this whole ep was fluff & cute, but as i pointed out in the previous ep it could've ended there. didn't need to see more lovey dovey moments from either couple & for sure didn't need to see Mai weeping into his pillow that he's hasn't got a partner. that wasn't funny or cute.. this running joke has gotten old.

Competition Time — do or die, memories, and family bombshells

Episode 12 is pure “do or die” energy. Competition time is here, and the Rival Lead (RL) is convinced he’s blocked the ML from participating by doing an exclusive interview and dropping “suggestions” that he believes match the ML’s plans. It throws the team completely — but the FL refuses to let the ML give up.One of the sweetest moments comes when she explains why she loves living in the lane, even in an old apartment with a million issues: it’s the memories. That emotional grounding is exactly what the ML needs, and it reminds us what their work (and their lives) are really about. The ML and his team manage to turn the tide, and what I loved most is that their company shows up as a unit. Even though the ML had given them time off, everyone turns up anyway — because it’s about the people. Their entrance timing is perfect, the momentum shifts, and the ML wins the competition. The RL really thought he’d won through sneakiness, but watching it backfire is incredibly satisfying.Of course, the victory doesn’t mean peace. The RL is practically green with envy, and it’s obvious there’s a deeper connection between them. The episode drops a major bombshell: the ML’s mother is with the RL’s father. And then we get another unsettling lead — the RL’s company may be connected to the ML’s father’s death. Suddenly this rivalry isn’t just professional… it’s personal. It also feels like the RL’s interest isn’t random anymore. Seeing the mystery game leaflets the best friend slips in with the coffee seems to have tipped him off, and once he connected that thread back to the ML, the snooping started to feel purposeful. And we can’t ignore the FL’s best friend’s husband either. Something still feels off. He invites her to a reunion and acts all lovey-dovey, but the moment they mention the “junior sister” he reconnected with at the conference, he looks uncomfortable. That reaction didn’t feel like nothing. This episode made it clear the competition wasn’t the real battlefield — the real fight is going to be about history, family ties, and who’s willing to play dirty to win.

I am assuming that the annoying guy is the love interest. Uh, yeah, pretty plot lacking, but it's fine, and the guys are good-looking. Yeah, and this is short as fuck, so yeah. 8/10 okay bye!

well both couples found their way back to each other..... but if everything has gotten wrapped up in a neat little bow, by the end of ep 11 - what is the point of ep 12?!???? ********************************************************************************************1st off i know Van loves Farm, but i doubt that it's romantic in nature. he doesn't want to lose someone he considers family & even though Farm joined that friend group the last, he was the only one that babied Van. something he was lacking given the fact he is orphaned & all alone in this world. *****************************************************************************************Farm actively became family, he was a caring parental figure / older brother combo - not just a friend & the thought of losing his unconditional adoration (cause how long can one keep a one-sided-love alive?!? sooner or later Farm would despair & for his own sanity try & find someone to share his life). this fact worried Van, cause Farm had become his safe haven. so his telling Farm he would try & fix himself is all well & good, but that's giving Farm false hope & again Van is doing this out of desperation not to lose Farm (we saw how he broke down when Farm was cold & distant) this doesn't equate to romantic love & sadly if they do end up together, it will be Van forcing himself & later - down the line both will come resent the other, cause neither will be truly happy. ************************************************************************************************************************regarding the mains, am glad everything turned out well but i have to say both Jinn's mother & J did a whack job considering they knew how Jinn would react. the fact they basically put Jinn in the same situation, that was gonna take place in 2yrs was crazy - why would he react any different, he fact J took the car keys is great - but couldn't the mother talk to Jinn before brining the father in? when he had time to hear the whole story, digest it & be calmer?!? but everything worked out so whatever... still think that whole scene should've be handled better, given all the info J had

introduction of a new character and plot point

Episode three is still going on strong, which is nice because most dramas kind of dip a little after the first two episodes. This time we have an introduction of a new character, Choi Myung sun, or the White Haired Witch, who is set up to be a potentially strong opponent for Hye Jin and Jun Ho. I think Pyo Chang Sub was equal to Hye Jin opponent-wise, so it's fun to have someone else who a.) can hold their own and b.) is familiar with how hagwons work. She's basically someone who understands the hagwon playing field, as opposed to Pyo Chang Sub.We got more from Nam Chung Mi as well, as one of the new hires along with Jun Ho and the English teacher. I think her frustration at not having the same opportunity as Jun Ho is quite realistic. She's been established as someone who works tremendously hard despite not being from SKY. I also feel for her frustration. She's also someone who wants to make waves, but she was given advice not to while Jun Ho is sailing on onward, so I definitely understand if she tries to undercut Hye Jin by teaching Chanyoung High because as the show likes to hammer in: every instructor is out for themselves. This is a cutthroat industry where no one is your friend.Seeing the teachers feel hurt and annoyed by the promotional advertisement is one thing, but seeing Hye Jin actively try to smooth their ruffled feathers shows that she's intelligent enough to try and not alienate everyone around her, while also being proactive about taking advantage of opportunities. I think she and Jun Ho match each other's drive, and they do have a good rapport/chemistry with each other, as both colleagues and potentially something more.

Fresh and good start!

I really enjoyed this first episode! Felt very fresh and I think the duration is very appropriate and I'll have something to look forward to on Mondays! So far I really like how they've mixed the two cultures. Also I really need the OST sung by aespa to get released, it sounds so good!

Misunderstandings — sneaky injuries, proud wins, and snooping rivals

Episode 11 leans hard into misunderstandings, but in a way that still feels sweet. The ML and FL are getting closer and closer, and you can genuinely see the ML melting under her care. That said… let’s not forget how sneaky he is — he’s still letting her believe he’s injured when it’s pretty clear his hand is fine. Sir, be serious. At work, the ML tells the FL she’ll be credited as the designer on their plans, and she’s completely over the moon. It’s such a satisfying moment, especially after everything she’s fought through to be taken seriously in her career. After the argument with her father, the FL gets a call from her aunt trying to set her up on a blind date. It feels like the father arranged it, and my first reaction was irritation — but we don’t know the full story yet. What we do know is the FL loves her father and doesn’t want to stress him further because of her choices.Of course, the ML overhears the blind date situation and assumes the worst. He thinks she’s standing him up and heads into the office, when in reality she’s already turned down the blind date and is planning a surprise for him instead. It’s frustrating for a moment, but the payoff is genuinely sweet. The Rival Lead (RL) also shows up at the FL’s best friend’s coffee shop, snooping like a detective. He uncovers that the ML and FL are living together and even finds the address — and that “same lane” detail feels like it’s pointing to something bigger than simple curiosity. That “same lane” detail doesn’t feel like a throwaway — it’s giving shared history vibes, and I’m not convinced the RL is digging just for fun.
