IT'S A MASTERPIECE

THIS ONE IS A MASTERPIECE!!!!!!!!!
Okay, I just completed the series. I don't know how to express because it just blew my mind. The series is so goated and the ending took me to heaven!!!! Guys this is a MUST WATCH.

1. Story :10/10 Actually I'm a big fan of action fantasy. The writing of the story is so good. Like we really don't know what to expect next. Introducing something I have never heard of "yao" and i found that very interesting and curious. Demon 👿 I LOVE IT!!!! I don't want to spoil too much. And SOUL BINDING??? Excuse me? Life spirit realm...Heaven Nature Humanity..finale really shows all these... CIRCLING BACK TO FIRST EPISODE.. That was so good.

2. Acting:10/10. I mean it's skynani..they can even act through eyes. Niran(sky) did a good job . It was so different from hsf. Like he don't have so much physical acting but need to show emotional acting through eyes and small gestures And he did an incredible job . Pete(Nani) omg! He acting as a demon was chef's kiss(Episode 3 and 5 ).His emotional crying scene( ep 4 and ep7) . His action scene was top notch. Action choreography was so good and he did an incredible job there. Although I was not so attached to other characters ep 5 did really gave me so much about other characters too. And krist!!! Fucking good. Man did an incredible acting. First time seeing krist like that and he killed the role..

3. Cinematography and production: 10/10. CGI was so good.. cinematography was incredible. The shots and colour grading was top notch. Locations are so beautiful. All the ritual scenes are directed so good. Got goosebumps in ep 3 ritual scene. And cgi of soul binding was so good 😊 Chinese elements are so good. I never seen Chinese elements in thai series and it was so refreshing to see that. They really did a good job speaking mandarin. HARDWORK!!

4.Soundtrack: 10/10 . DESTINY by FLIO still gives me Goosebumps and WE ARE ONE by skynani. They gave this song right after soul binding. It was great 😃 And all background music was so good.

Overall it's a 10/10 show for me. Niranpete are married!!!! End of discussion 🤭🤭🤭 Don't miss this masterpiece 🤌🏻

YOU CAN LOOK FORWARD TO THE BANTER !

let me start by saying that not all dramas manages to hook me but this one got me hooked from day 1, I found myself looking forward to every new episode!
I'm a fan of slow-burn romance and this drama delivered exactly that!
I liked how they slowly warmed up to each other and how they slowly made place in each other's world
what i really liked about this drama was :
- the chemistry between the main leads
- the banter
- the music
- the slow pacing of the drama
I really appreciated how the story gave both characters their time to figure out how they felt instead of rushing it.

New Meaning to the phrase "Two-Faced"

This really turned out to be a much better series than I anticipated. While I've been a fan of Ren Nagase, I wasn't sure how he'd be at a darker bad guy this time around. He was great at this role. The leading cast clicked exceptionally well, too. Ryohei Suzuki matches perfectly with Erika Toda. I can't call a specific actor the protagonist or antagonist, cause there's so many character changes with the same faces, it makes it difficult, but it definitely pulls you into it from the very first episode. By the end of episode 3, we're left with so many questions, it truly becomes one of the best mystery dramas this year. From that point on, everything just kicks into a higher gear, it's a true rollercoaster ride right till the end.
I must admit, it does become a bit confusing at times. Later in the series, there are so many "face changes", you really need to follow it, trying to remember who the real person is we are looking at. You really can't believe anything you see ... but definitely stay with it. The final two episodes answer every question, and the finale gives you great satisfaction in the way everything works out into a nice conclusion.
It's absolutely high marks for great acting and great entertainment.

What's for dinner?

The leads being funny together was cute and all for a time, but later on started to feel meh mostly on episodes 31-36.

The side characters storylines such a waste and not interesting. For starters... the fl ex was ridiculous. Why did they keep him in the drama?
I couldn't stay focus when he was on screen... had to immediately fast forward his scenes.

The business part of the drama wasn't that bad, but started to drag on like the leads relationship.
It got old fast.

Was hoping that Yifei got up and start making dinner for Qianfei for a change! It happened, very later on in the drama though. He was cute/funny, but I wouldn't want someone like that lol.

By the time they did get together I already stopped caring, and was rushing to get through the rest of the show.

It was a fun watch at first to be honest.
Just wish it wasn't 36 episodes.

Underrated Master piece

Never heard this drama being recognised, why ?
Even after watching such a drama like MOUSE, i got thrills watching this AWAKEN.
The way they open with hint and make all the viewers to believe what we saw was real. Then boom there is a plot, there is a suspense in each episode even in the 15 th episode. No one suggested this drama that is why it is underrated. But i loved it, i skipped my sleeping schedule only to watch this master piece.
Even though the next plot was guessable there was a add-on to it which was not predictable.
The only thing I hated overall was that in the initial episodes they showed the chemistry between the twins which I felt was awkward, As one of the twin knows they're siblings then what it the point on having a chemistry. I know there is no such scene but the chemistry was present which made me little sad after knowing they're twins. Then here comes the real disappointment where there is no a single kiss. I mean literally hoped for a kiss atleast when heroine was willing to help but our great hero just consoled by touching her cheeks. That is the only romantic part in the non-romantic drama. Overall my reader go for it, trust me it will leave you on edge. You think x person is a killer , then you think the reporter is a killer then you go with hero and then heroine and finalise with hero and again questions yourself then you think the x is the killer. But the real killer is ????? Just watch

More Than Just a Story, An Unforgettable Journey

WU is honestly one of the best series I've watched. The story is engaging from start to finish, with great pacing, emotional moments, and characters that are easy to become attached to. Every episode kept me invested, and I never felt bored.

The acting is outstanding. The entire cast did an amazing job, and the chemistry between the characters felt natural and believable. The soundtrack also deserves praise for perfectly matching the mood of each scene and making the emotional moments even more impactful.

Even though the series isn't officially marketed as a BL, the relationship between the two male leads definitely feels like more than friendship. Their chemistry is undeniable, and they literally end up married (LOL), so it's hard not to see the romantic undertones. If you enjoy strong bonds between male leads, you'll probably appreciate their relationship.

This is definitely a series I'll rewatch because it has everything I look for: an amazing story, incredible performances, beautiful music, and memorable characters. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a well-made and emotionally satisfying series. It's an easy 10/10 for me.

Lacking Something Deeper

Wu could have been so good if it committed to something a little more than it had. While it had good bones, it felt like we had very little time to get invested in the characters before they're thrown into trying to stop a demon which, as the viewer, we are really only told why they need to do this, not shown it - which was my main issue with a lot of this show I think. It seemed like the characters kept telling me why they needed to do things/how they were feeling/etc instead of SHOWING me these things. It seemed like a show that needed to be longer to really get to delve into the feelings of the characters and their motivations. While I love a supernatural story, this one missed the mark for me. I wanted a little more from the big bad evil demon AND a little more of Pete's internal struggle with his own demon.

Also, I am totally cool with a story that doesn't have romance in it.....until you use every slow-mo zoom in, romantic music, pull him in until he's two inches from your face type move in the How to Make A Romance Show Book! For a company like GMM, who has made the vast majority of their money on queer media, to make a show that is this queer-coded only to make sure there's no queer romance feels like a slap in the face. And like I said - I do not need this media to be queer/romantic! But there are ways to make a show not a romance that truly make the show not a romance.....this was not the way. If you know GMM, you know that Sky and Nani are not a BL pairing, so I knew going into this that it was not a romance. HOWEVER! I have never felt so frustrated by a queer-baity show before. This isn't a show coming from somewhere that censors queer media, nor is it coming from a company that doesn't support queer media - in fact, it's actively using the profits of queer media to make a show that is 100% intentionally avoiding real queer representation.

I don't understand the low ratings...

This was a great drama, i am really puzzled why people are complaining so much.
I loved the story, i was complete and very well produced and executed. The visuals were stunning and the music was good.
All the story parts were explained well. Why Saithan was sleeping around and running away from home and everyone close to him. The isseus with Maenmueang and his father and the conflict with Sila. The backstory of the girl couple.
I see people writing that the reveal of the spy came out of nowhere, while i allready saw that coming around episode 4-5.
I was also happy to see there was a complete complete GL story within this BL, i like it when there is a bit variation.

The whole cast did a great job acting. Fluke is an amazing actor and i am so glad to see he finaly got a main role. SaengNuea, also did an amazing job and i was shocked to see this only was his second drama in 3 years. This man deserves a lot more roles.
And Fluke and SaengNuea are a match made in heaven, OMG they have so much chemistry!! Their whole dynamics are just great. The kisses and NC scenes were amazing and loaded with great chemistry. I really hope to see many more drama's with them together.

I will definatly rewatch this several times in the future.


The only negative thing in this drama was the confrontation when the perpetrator was trying to attack Mueanphrae in ep. 8 That was really badly done.

Such a big disappointment

Nice start, turning into a disappointment after disappointment, slowly turning into a raging dumpster fire.

Things I liked:
1. I like that the main lead has some "character" to him, because people often portray omegas as somewhat childish, weak, etc.
2. Nakhin taking responsibility for his actions as well as acknowledging that what he did was wrong and apologizing to Ongsa.
3. Good chemistry.

Things I disliked:
1. Main character being clueless about omegaverse while living in it. I understand that he had been pretty shielded from it by his father, but it is really not an excuse.
2. Special effects.
3. Too many characters.
4. Nakhin kissing Ongsa while he was in distress, crying, and fighting was absolutely uncalled for, especially since that was their first time meeting.
5. Phatsa being extremely defensive any time someone calls him Nakhun's partner would genuinely get on my nerves.
6. Phatsa has incontinences in his judgment. In one episode he fights Naphitch and tells him he will serve his food to dogs, and in another episode he invites him to the table with a smile and gets upset when Nakhin and Nakhun aren't friendly with their brother.
7. Nakhun's father. Pretty self-explanatory.
8. Folk's acting.

DONT PROCRASTINATE AND JUST WATCH THIS

It is a slow burn, but when it burns, OH DAMN, IT'S EVERYTHING I don't even have words to describe how this series made me feel. It got me out of the Cdrama Slump after The First Frost. I never thought I would enjoy the chemistry between these two so much. Of course, there are plot holes, ofc some things don't make proper sense, but just let it go, especially if you have read the book, which I did halfway through the airing. I missed Lu Xi Xiao so much. At the end of the day, it's supposed to be about how love heals everything, so just let their childhood love heal something for you. I have to say, Zhou Wan in the last episode took my heart. I do swing for BAOBAO now, and I'm also falling deep down the rabbit hole for Zhou Keyu. This was a pleasure watching, ALSO HOW ARE BOTH ML AND FL SO FKING GORGEOUS AND CUTIES AND I LOVE THEIR SMILES <3 I have very rarely seen beautiful smiles on sculpted Chinese actors. These two can just win me over with their smiles tbh.

Yay, grown-up men in a BL - unfortunately, the characters and kisses are not

Your typical Japanese non-plot, where characters silently suffer from being horrible at communicating. And life in general. There is barely a main plot, more of a slice-of-life story. And while I often enjoy those and while I wasn't bored per se, I also wasn't entertained or inspired by it.
The technical stuff like acting, cinematography, set design ... are all solid. Except when it comes to intimacy, were they give you dead fish kisses and a few seconds of the most uninspired humping action here and there.
All the side characters are nicely done! If only the main characters wouln't have been this lacking ...

Slow, but Still Worth a Try

I was hesitant to watch this because of the reviews I had been reading here, but it honestly wasn't as bad as I expected. Compared to other series, the main issue for me was that the story felt a bit slow. I already had a strong hunch about who the president was, so I think they dragged out the reveal a little too much it wasn't confirmed until Episode 13.

As for the characters, Da Jung was easily my favorite. She felt genuine and sincere, and she was the kind of person you could trust not to betray you.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend this to viewers who get impatient with slow-paced stories. But if you're simply looking for something to watch and don't mind a gradual build-up, I'd still say it's worth giving a chance.

A Promising Omegaverse Romance Turned Into My Biggest Disappointment of 2026

I really tried my best to give this series a chance. As one of my most anticipated dramas of 2026, especially with the combination of the Chinese ABO Omegaverse genre and the reunion of Boat and Oat after My Stubborn, I went into this series with extremely high expectations. It honestly felt like it had everything I wanted: a unique concept, a strong pairing, and the potential to become one of the standout BLs of the year.

The biggest highlight is definitely seeing Boat and Oat together again. They proved in My Stubborn how strong their chemistry could be, and they remain the strongest part of this series. Oat is great as Phatsa, while Boat perfectly captures Nakhun's commanding presence and cold personality, making him feel like a believable True Alpha.
The series also has many strengths. M Flow Entertainment continues to deliver impressive production quality. The visuals are beautiful, the cast looks fantastic on screen, and the soundtrack fits the emotional moments well.

However, after watching more than half of the series, I have to admit that the weak plot has become impossible for me to ignore. While the NC scenes and the chemistry between the leads are enjoyable, they cannot carry an entire series when the main storyline lacks depth and direction. The story introduces too many characters and side plots that do not add enough value, making the overall narrative feel messy and unfocused. Instead of building excitement, many episodes left me feeling confused and disconnected from the main story.

The biggest disappointment is that the Omegaverse element, which should have been one of the strongest parts of the series, does not feel satisfying enough. The build-up and emotional impact are not as powerful as I expected, especially considering the potential of the concept. The series had all the ingredients to create something intense and memorable, but the execution did not fully deliver.

And the PLOT was so stupid......
It just does not make sense that Phatsa grew up without knowing that alphas, betas and omegas existed, especially considering how vulnerable omegas are. Once an omega is bitten by an alpha, their life is changed forever.

Phatsa must have been living under a rock. How can someone grow up in an Omegaverse world without knowing something so important? Do they not learn about it at school? Did none of his friends ever mention it? What about his dad? Did he not want to protect his son? If I were his dad, I would have warned him to be careful instead of hiding such important information from him.
This plot would only make sense if Phatsa had been completely isolated from society or had amnesia and lost his memories. How could the director come up with such a ridiculous plot and expect us to believe it?

The intimate scenes were also a mixed experience for me. While I appreciate that the series is trying to embrace the ABO genre, some NC scenes felt more focused on being visually appealing rather than strengthening the emotional connection between the characters. Compared to My Stubborn, where Boat and Oat's chemistry felt much more natural and convincing, their relationship here has not reached the same emotional level for me.

After 6 episodes, I was already struggling to stay invested. By this point, I felt lost due to the number of characters and storylines, and the main plot no longer gave me enough reason to continue. It is disappointing because the potential was clearly there, and the combination of Boat, Oat, and the ABO concept could have created something truly special.

My rating gradually dropped from an initial 10/10 based on expectations, to 9, then 8.5, then 6.5, and finally 4.5/10 after giving the series more time to improve. Unfortunately, the strong production, world building, and great NC scenes were not enough to overcome the weak storytelling.

This has become my most disappointing drama of 2026. I really wanted to love this series, but after giving it my best chance, I have decided to drop it. I still appreciate the effort from the cast and production team, but for me, the story was not strong enough to continue.

Honest, Quiet, & Thought-Provoking

It is truly difficult to encapsulate this story into a review. This is a bold and daring series for no other reason than it lets truth sit in the room without editorializing, without donning rose-colored glasses, and without apology.

This is one of those rare stories that shouldn't be billed as a BL (although it is one). In such a short runtime, the series was able to dive into multiple characters' lived experiences and worked hard to make you care about those experiences. I kept having to check the runtime because I was flabbergasted by the depth and breadth of story and perspectives they were able to pack in.

Brevity truly is the soul of wit and this series proves it.

Highly recommend if you want to walk around in other adults' shoes for a brief period of time and emerge not just empathetic- but seen.

Somewhat Shiny

Overall, this was a cute series. Unfortunately, the execution tinted some of its shine. The script started off strong with a nice balance of comedy and drama, but lost this mixture along the way. It also developed a few weak aspects that I didn’t like and got annoying at times. The pacing was a little off and got a little draggy by the 5th episode. They should have use their screentime more wisely considering its an 8-episode series. I also wish they focused a little more on the second couple’s storyline. I didn’t mind Wannueng’s over exaggerated personality at first, but it got a little annoying in the middle of the series. Although sweet, the ending was a little lack luster. However, this had a very creative “accidental” kiss scene I’ve seen in a long time. The entire cast was great throughout the series. Kudos to them for trying to make this work. This also had nice cinematograph and music.

Random Note:

In closing, this is one of those series that I don’t regret watching. I just don’t see myself wanting to rewatch it.

I love seeing familiar locations during Thai series. Please don’t ask, I don’t know why.

The house used for Win and Wannueng is the same one used in “The Tuxedo” (Aiaoon’s house) series.

Win’s bedroom is the same one used in “Be Mine Superstar” (Punn’s bedroom) and “55:15 Never Too Late” (Jaya’s bedroom) series.

The Café briefly used in episode 3 and episode 5 is the same one used in the series “Baker Boys” (Café name was Sweet Day), “Enchanté” (Also called Sweet Day), “The Eclipse” (Name was Café for all), “Twins” (Didn’t have a name), “Wandee Goodday” (Also called Café for all), and “Love Design” special episodes (Didn’t have a name).
