Perfect disguise
I’ve been reading reviews on here and I don’t understand the people giving this 10/10This show had the potential to be one of the best shows of the year but oh damn, both the romance and politics weren’t fully developed so it was a just half baked for both
What happens to PM, one of the main characters and his character is just taken off screen with no clear explanation as to the consequences of his actions, FL nails don’t do her character justice considering the number of times they were shown, ML always has one look as if he’s smirking
I genuinely don’t get the hype with such a confusing story line. Both leads look good though, props to them

Surprised
I was quite surprised by this short movie. I didn't expect much, but it was a complete story with a nice twist at the end. It was very well executed for such a short movie. The visuals were good and the music was only at the end and was ok.
The actors did a good job and the main had some chemistry.
The kisses and NC scenes were ok.

Even though I didn’t fully connect with the series, the actors did an amazing job.
Their performances really carried the story and made it more enjoyable to watch.

One of the best family drama
The best thing for me in this drama was the love and caring between grandmother and grandson.Thats why grandmother are always especially to grandsons. There were a scene which it made me cry.I found the FL's mother annoying.she had too much screentime which was completely unnecessary.i think she had more screentime than male lead. The found the romance was lacking especially on the later episodes.Xukai had shown a great acting from a domineering CEO to his personal family matters. He has done great job.yang zi is a veteran actress who has been on industry for long, she is a great actress.Overall, the most satisfying moments for me on this drama was interaction and caring between grandmother and grandson,The chemistry between ML and FL was great but it was under explored.for almost half of the episodes FL was stucked with her ex.

A High-Octane Masterpiece that Redefines BL
As a long-time fan of the BL genre, I can confidently say I have never seen a production with a budget this massive. KinnPorsche completely shatters the ceiling of what BL dramas can achieve, raising the bar to an entirely new level.CINEMATIC BRILLIANCE & A KILLER SOUNDTRACK
From a technical standpoint, the series is a triumph. The cinematography is breathtaking, feeling more like a high-end action movie than a television drama. This visual feast is perfectly complemented by an incredible soundtrack. A special shout-out must go to Jeff Satur’s "Why Don't You Stay" , it is an absolute masterpiece that elevates every single scene it touches.
UNMATCHED CHEMISTRY & STELLAR PERFORMANCES
The cast delivers incredibly solid performances across the board, and their off-screen camaraderie clearly translates into palpable on-screen magic. Every single couple won me over, but the central relationship is something truly special.
Mile (Kinn) & Apo (Porsche): Their chemistry is simply explosive. The intimate scenes are remarkably passionate and high-heat, yet they are handled with a spectacular delicacy and artistic grace that keeps them from feeling gratuitous.
Kim & Porchay: They were absolutely adorable, and I found myself completely charmed by their sweet, smaller moments together.
Vegas & Pete: While I loved them, I do wish their relationship had been given a bit more development and breathing room to match the pace of the main couple.
THE SCENE-STEALER
I cannot write a review without giving a well-deserved special mention to Tong Thanayut as Tankhun Theerapanyakul. His performance was nothing short of masterful. He brought non-stop laughter to the show, and what started as pure comedic relief turned into a character I deeply loved. He completely stole my heart.
A FEW NITPICKS
If I'm being completely nitpicky, I would have loved for the show to give a bit more screen time and backstory to some of the supporting characters, and perhaps tie up a few minor loose plot ends. However, these are incredibly small grievances in an otherwise stellar show, I'm just being fussy!
THE VERDICT
Thanks to the phenomenal dedication and talent of the entire cast, KinnPorsche has easily earned a permanent spot on my list of all-time favorite BL series. If you haven't watched it yet, you are missing out on a genre-defining ride.
A must-watch!

Overloaded but nice
Undercover High School started off strong, and I expected it to be a captivating story from beginning to end. However, somewhere in the middle, the excitement faded. The plot became less exciting, and the characters felt weaker in certain areas. The concept of an NIS agent going undercover as a high school student was intriguing, but the romance with the teacher felt excessive. I think the story would have benefited more from a friendship dynamic instead, or if the teacher had been an older woman working undercover to assist the police, it would have made it much more comical. The romance felt like something that could have been subtracted easily and took away from the originality of the narrative, making it resemble just like other K-dramas where couples rekindle relationships from their childhood.
The portrayal of bullying in the school was an interesting topic to highlight, and initially I thought the most popular girl, who seemed poised, would be a key antagonist character. However, she quickly became weak, which was disappointing. I expected her to develop into a more formidable antagonist or at least take a strong stand. Similarly, the principal started out as a fascinating character, but her tactics weakened as the story progressed. While she was presented as a strong villain, her plans failed to match that strength.
Also, after the first few episodes, the story became overloaded with plotlines, including the NIS agent searching for a lost father, looking for gold, dealing with bullying, discovering a mole within the agency, and navigating a romantic relationship. It felt like too much was crammed into one narrative. The love subplot, in particular, could have been removed without harming the overall story. Although it incorporates elements of mystery, action, school issues, and romance, trying to combine them all resulted in a cluttered storyline in my opinion. While I don't think it's a bad show, I feel conflicted about it; it simply has too much going on.

A Vibrant College Romance That Deepens with Every Episode
What starts as a typical, high-energy university rom-com evolves into something far more meaningful. "Duang With You" wraps its story in a beautiful visual package, maintaining an engaging pace while executing a romantic progression that feels genuinely earned. By the time the credits roll, it’s clear that the show has a much bigger heart than its playful introduction suggests.THE MAIN DYNAMIC AND CAST PERFORMANCES
The driving force of the narrative is Duang, brought to life by TeeTee Wanpichit with an infectious, sunny optimism. His pursuit of Qin leads to plenty of memorable interactions, though it's worth noting that his occasional bouts of immaturity felt somewhat mismatched for a college-aged character.
However, this is brilliantly balanced by Qin. Suppakarn delivers a captivating performance, commanding the screen with a subtle, quiet intensity. He plays the classic "ice prince" with nuance, letting his guard down through tiny, telling expressions that reveal a complex inner world. To add to the show's strengths, the B-plot romance is equally engaging and provides a wonderful complement to the main storyline.
INTIMACY DRIVEN BY EMOTION
Where the series truly stands out is in its depiction of physical closeness. Instead of relying on superficial chemistry, the intimate moments are remarkably tender, passionate, and raw. It feels authentic to the experience of two young adults learning to trust and expose their vulnerabilities to one another.
THE TRUE MEANING BEHIND THE TITLE
At its core, this is a beautifully understated yet moving love story. The title itself serves as a clever double meaning: it’s not merely about Duang physically accompanying Qin, but rather about the profound, irreversible impact Duang has on reshaping Qin's emotional landscape.
FINAL VERDICT
Between its striking visual appeal, great character growth, and heartfelt performances, I highly recommend this series to anyone looking for a romance that offers both lighthearted fun and genuine substance. It is absolutely worth the watch!

Great superhero show
This series is so incredibly fun, it has mystery in the beginning of series, charming characters, nice conflict and great plot twist. I thought it was just casual superhero movie but turns out it was balance between fun and action. The CGI also good, the chemistry between actors is very warming, and everything feels perfectWas this review helpful to you?

Great chemistry
I enjoyed this series, but mostly because of the great chemistry between the mains. I was looking foreward to this series because i loved Gong Jun in Word of honor, and he didn't dissapoint in this series. His acting is great and he knows how to create chemistry. There weren't kisses or touches in an erotical way. He didn't realize he was in love until the last episode, even though they slept in the same bed and there was plenty of other physical contact.Though the chemistry was great, storywise this drama wasn't great. It was a bit messy. There were many cut of moments and the story didn't flow.
The visuals were good but i didn't like the music.
For me one time watching was enough.

Such A Sweet Family Movie ?
Parasite is easily 10/10 for me. I thought I was going to watch a normal thriller movie but this was way more than that. The story was sooo smart and every scene had some meaning behind it. I loved how it started in a funny and light way then slowly changed into something intense and shocking. The acting was amazing and everyone felt so natural, plus the cinematography was beautiful too. I also liked how the movie talked abt social class and money difference without forcing the message. The ending literally left me sitting there thinking for minutes 😭. This movie gave me comedy, suspense, emotions and stress all together and somehow balanced everything perfectly. Deserves all the hype for real. Was this review helpful to you?
Wasted Potential
Speed and Love could’ve been a really good drama. At first, I was really drawn in by the racing world, the Thai atmosphere, and the garage setting with its gritty, oily aesthetic. It gave the drama a strong identity right away. He Yu as Zhin Shao also stood out a lot, cold, distant, and very much the classic bad boy, he’s really magnetic and makes you want to know what’s behind his character. The beginning is genuinely addictive, with a strong mix of racing, danger, romance, and intensity. It really felt like the drama had something special going for it.
But later on, it starts to lose its impact. The story becomes softer and more predictable, especially as the focus shifts away from racing. The darker, more intense tone fades, and it turns into something more basic and overly sweet, which is disappointing given the strong start.
Visually, it looks good, with strong cinematography and nice color grading, but the execution doesn’t fully match the aesthetics. The storytelling feels uneven and underdeveloped, which wastes a lot of the potential.
I made it to episode 20, but it also gives a very Wattpad-like feeling, with pacing issues and episodes that are too long, which makes everything feel stretched out.
I also never really felt any chemistry between the main couple. Most of their interactions felt empty, superficial, and overly cheesy, without much emotional depth or tension. Their relationship never truly felt convincing to me. Honestly, I found the FL had much better chemistry with Lin Sui, and their dynamic felt far more natural and engaging to watch.
As for the acting, especially Esther, I have mixed feelings. She clearly has talent, but her character is written in a very childish way, which limits her performance.
In the end, it has great visuals and atmosphere, but the writing doesn’t do it justice.

I have to admit, I was drawn to this series because of Likay, a popular Thai folk art I’d never heard of before. And honestly, I was completely mesmerized by the costumes and the singing. I loved finding out that some of the actors are actual Likay performers. It really elevated the whole show, because their singing skills are just stunning.Sure, the script wasn’t flawless, but the heartfelt performances from the entire cast more than made up for it. I laughed, I got emotional, it was a rollercoaster all the way through. The two leads are not only gorgeous, but their chemistry is undeniable; their eyes say so much without words.
The only real downside for me was Theme’s death. I was so invested in his romance with Fern! I was already imagining a special episode or even a second season focusing on their story. 😭

Enjoyable Watch
The King: Eternal Monarch follows Lee Gon, the King of the Kingdom of Corea, who opens a gate to a parallel universe. There, he meets Jeong Tae-eul, a police officer from the Republic of Korea, whom he believes is the savior he has been searching for.The drama actually has a very interesting premise. The directing is solid, the cinematography and production design are excellent, and while the CGI is noticeably weak in the early episodes, it improves in the later ones.
As for the script, I understand what writer Kim Eun-seok wanted to convey. The drama clearly has a story to tell and features decent world-building. However, it introduces too many characters from the start, palace staff in Corea, Tae-eul’s friends, the police squad, and various swapped individual which makes the story feel crowded. The police investigation subplot is also rather boring. Pacing is another issue, as the story sometimes drags or feels uneven.
The romance, in particular, feels underdeveloped. Because the drama spends so much time on the sci-fi elements, parallel worlds, and palace conflicts, the love story becomes secondary. While it would have been fine if the romance had been well-developed, that wasn’t the case here. I couldn’t really feel how Lee Gon and Tae-eul progressed from strangers to lovers who deeply long for each other. Lee Min-ho and Kim Go-eun gave strong performances and I believe they shared good chemistry, but the emotional connection still felt lacking.
What I love the most was Woo Do-hwan’s acting as the two doppelgangers. He made each character distinctly different through his speech patterns, body language, and small details. Some of the drama’s best comedic moments come from the interactions between Yeong and Eun-seop. I also really enjoyed the bromance between Yeong and Lee Gon.
Overall, I started with low expectation and end up enjoying it.

First drama ever where I truly wanted to smack some sense in every single main character
When I started this drama I thought I was signing up for a fun second chance story where they would work out their differences and finish their story on paper and in real life. Nothing could be further from the case. What actually happens is we are given a group of friends who toss us into the deep end of psych case studies. We are thrown in a current of darker aspects of people and there is rarely a letup. There wasn’t a single character that I did not want to smack some sense into as their stories and relationships progress. And right when you want to toss the towel in and not hear any more, they segue into an interesting debate of AI in the arts. Do we really want a platform where humans only offer input as co authors with AI chosen subjects or where humans ARE the input and subject deciders. The amalgam of this argument and the peripheral of the characters progressing or not kept me interested until the bitter end. This is one where you have to choose for yourself if it’s watch worthy. The cast does an excellent job of bringing their characters across. They explore an entire spectrum of gray and black characters. I don’t think I will ever watch it again, but for as much as it truly annoyed the hell out of me at times, I can’t say I regret watching. It made me think about relationships from a very different albeit dark perspective. The argument and debate over AI in the arts was thought provoking and interesting. It gave me food for thought about why it is intensely debated. Was this review helpful to you?

‘The Ugly’: A “must see” movie watch, with Baeksang Winner Park Jeong Min.
The body of a young woman thought to have run away four decades ago is discovered. This brings up unpleasantries for her blind husband and her young son now grown. A funeral is held for the woman without a picture. As old neighbors gather to talk about the young woman, it is clear that the one outstanding trait of the young runaway was that she was very Ugly. This peaks strong curiosity in the son, as to the true appearance of his mother. The father, blind from birth, had never seen his wife. The Ugly is a profound movie which says a lot about human nature. The Ugly is a simplistic complicated story. Just like a photo use to be developed from a negative, you have to see how the negative turns into a profound positive image in this movie. Only then is true light revealed. The Ugly actually is two movies running at the same time. The one you believe is the image that is captured for you. However, the truth of the story may only be revealed to you when you replay the movie and capture the other movie playing at the same time.
People say that something is deep. The Ugly is a deep movie.
The movie stars Park Jeong Min. I respect him as an actor. He seem to pick the “I don’t know about this one” type of script, as many said for the K-Drama Utopia. When you look at his choices, however, you see that his brain just operates faster than most people. Park Jeong Min sees it before we do. Park Jeong Min won the Baeksang Arts Award for Best Actor for the Movie Category for his work in The Ugly. Park Jeong Min plays a double role, that of the son in the future and the father in the past. Please put this movie on your list to view and be prepared to see it twice.
Note: Since The Ugly is a rental on Prime Video, to replay just rewind or digest it and replay later. You have 24 hours for each rental.
