It made a joke out of the first season.
I couldn't finish the second episode from how bad it is. I thought I would like the season because of season 1's hype and its many things it did well. But season 2 is a flat season. I thought Yoo in soo would help, coming from the good bad mother, his comedic timing and seriousness were perfect- but here? It's so bad.The relationship between the group feels numb now, unlike in season 1 where their personality shined, now Mun is way less serious with them. It shouldhave needed in season 1.

Strong Leads, Frustrating Side Characters
“Filing for Love” ended up being a pleasant surprise, mainly because of its characters, they were definitely the strongest part of the drama. The female lead really stands out. Besides being absolutely beautiful, what impressed me the most was how she conveys emotions just through her eyes. There are moments where she barely needs dialogue, you can clearly tell when she’s being sarcastic, when she’s mocking a situation, or when she’s hiding what she truly feels. It’s a very subtle performance, but it elevates the character a lot.
The male lead is also very solid. He shines especially in scenes where he’s frustrated, his reactions feel natural and believable, which makes it easier to connect with his character and emotions.
As for the supporting characters… it’s a bit of a mixed bag.
The second male lead was honestly a bit annoying. His whole “savior-dependent” kind of love felt limiting and repetitive at times. That said, it did seem like he had some growth towards the end, which gave his arc a bit more closure.
On the other hand, the second female lead was the most frustrating character for me. Unlike others, I didn’t feel like she actually learned anything. There was this sense of stagnation that made her really hard to like until the very end.
Overall, “Filing for Love” is worth watching mainly because of the performances and character dynamics. Even with some weaker choices in the supporting arcs, it stays engaging thanks to how strong the main leads are.

C-drama Masterpiece you're wrong, this is a worldwide Masterpiece
This story was the whole package, the actors were phenomenal in delivering the emotions and complexity of their characters, the cinematography and scenery was amazing (makes you wanna live in Gusu forever, well maybe not forever cuz of their bland food, or maybe Lotus Pier's calm lakes is far more appealing, IDK it's a rabbit hole you guys LOL). Now the plot was plotting you'll not get bored for a second, the story will make you dive in the depths of family drama, true friendship, brotherhood, teenage love, rivalry, betrayal, revenge, power, nighthunts and of course the "bromance".This was the definition of perfection no need to elaborate.

Passatempo leve
Ah eu adorei! Leve e divertido!

What a family!
I had this in my list on Netflix for a long time - the English translation of the title really meant nothing for me so I was a bit lost on the title! But what a series - came to watch Shison Jun but loved the whole ensemble. As much as I love Shison Jun's character he did seem as if he was almost saintly insofar as he hardly ever lost his temper and just took on everything people gave him... it would have been nice to see him setting boundaries a bit.. The dynamics between the family were brilliantly portrayed... I absolutely loved the child actress who played Himari - she was absolutely brilliant - I think she'll have a great future if she decides to continue acting.. Initially I didn't like the character of Ippei Omori - I found him too egotistical and arrogant.. However over time as he slowly became more enmeshed in his new 'family' he changed.. Loved it all but felt that the last 2 episodes were a bit too much focussed on the election: whilst we knew that this was Ippei's original plan to get elected I was reassured to learn that Ippei had arranged a plan NOT to win the election as I really didn't believe he was competent enough nor had the personality to govern. It would have been nice to see a little bit more of what happened when he came back "home" at the end, what he was doing work-wise and if he ever explored his relationship with Miyako a bit more.¿Te ha parecido útil esta reseña?

when the master manipulator isn't the real villain...
the clues were there for those with eyes to see - but professor heo was blinded by his envy and his desire for all this fabrication about his first love’s successful husband to be real…the unreliable narrator, the unsettling plot exposition, and the background score worked so well!!!
the big reveal in the end turned out to unexpectedly be a child’s hurt feelings, but I’m just SO IMPRESSED WITH OUR BELOVED GASLIGHTER/ MANIPULATOR LEE KANG. he got into a super competitive school, formed strategic friendships, hooked the obsessive professor to his fabricated stories and orchestrated a public downfall for the professor. TERRIFYING, YET IMPRESSIVE.
professor heo was the worst character for me in a show about a creepy manipulator ruining his life. he has no care in the world for anyone, not even his wife. his single minded obsession and his envy is what brought about his downfall - he never once questioned that Lee Kang could be making things up, he wanted author Kim Su Hun to be a terrible person so that he could satiate his saviour complex and save his poor wife.
the actors knocked it out of the park with their performances! every micro expression, every reaction contributed to the heightened tension and build up! this project really highlights the duality of Choi Hyun Wook - from an adorable goofball to a chilling villain.
a 9/10 for me. everything worked for me - I was just expecting a bigger motive to ruin someone’s life lol.

explanation of the ending
The second season was perfect in my opinion, a third wasn't needed but I still didn't dislike it. The ending was a bit vague so I'm here to explain it. The Borderlands are (as the Joker explained) places between life and death and if you survive there you will also live in real life but if you die well you will really die. You end up in the Borderlands because there are natural disasters like what happened in Tokyo. In the series we move to Los Angeles where we see a waitress with a sign that says Alice and we hear on TV that a natural disaster also happens in America so in short the ending meant that there would be an Alice in Borderlands American BUT, Netflix confirmed that there won't be one and honestly I prefer it not to be.¿Te ha parecido útil esta reseña?

That's why we need more episodes to fully develop the story.
The plot is unique and fun to watch at the beginning, but things start to go downhill in the last two episodes. I understand that the audience wants a happy ending, but the way they handled it just doesn't make sense. Scent's uncle and father literally killed Gaysorn's parents, yet we're supposed to believe Gaysorn forgives Scent just like that? It also feels strange that Scent's father is suddenly portrayed as a more neutral character in the later episodes. And after everything that happened, Scent decides to name the perfume after Gaysorn? I understand wanting to create a fragrance inspired by him, but naming it after him gives me the ick. To tell the good thing, the cast and the music are definitely the highlights of the series. But the last two episodes frustrated me so much that even the flock of CGI butterflies surrounding Gaysorn in the final scene annoyed me. What was the direction behind that butterfly CGI? It looked so messy.¿Te ha parecido útil esta reseña?
sociology students will love this piece
I watched this movie thinking that maybe it is related to some viruses and infections. But to my surprise It was about viruses and parasites we have among our society, the parasite of class system, the parasite that is between a rich and a poor. This movie is not your regular rom-com rather it show cases the true nature of human beings, It shows how no one is fully saint nor fully evil. And no matter how much you dislike each character for something they did( i dislike their acts too) but at the end you can't deny not doing the same if being in their position. The start of the movie kind of broke my heart and the way a scene captures a gold medal hanging on the wall of their home in the basement, truly shows that without having money in your hands even your gold medals are equivalent to nothing.
That is harsh and bitter reality of society. Through the family's struggle we were shown how every person was trying to climb up the ladder of social mobility.
you must not watch this movie with a lens of critique rather watch it with the lens of understanding. what is movie trying to SHOW.
the pacing was great. the story telling was great.
the ending was great, it is the kind of ending that stays with you even after the credits roll.

This series is one of a kind. It’s like a revelation.
I have only watched 2 episodes so far as they aired and I can say it’s really good. The pacing, the story, the ACTING, the characters, I feel myself wanting more and more. The emotions are being felt in a devastating way, either it’s sadness or happiness, bittersweet moments or comedy, these two episodes were a rollercoaster for me. The dynamics between the wives seems to scream to me to witness how love and hurt can unfold in the name of happiness, in the name of “I love you but let me go”, it’s so thrilling. I’m so excited for the next episode, I can’t wait!! I feel so alive, keeping rewatching it and feeling the same while understanding another depth of the story is just a blessing. HALF realistic, half fantastical, but very cute
LOL at the “mosquito” scene:1. it was not a mosquito by looks
2. it is not how it sounds, either
3. the lad would have certainly both felt and seen this fly immediately and shoo it away reflexively, so nothing else would have happened
4. the other lad was approaching as if he wanted to catch the fly by his lips and eat it
This is what happens when “romantic” cliche are too warn out so scenarists have to come up with something about as senseless still.
Of course, the dynamics of both couples is not believable, especially the second one, though this is typical for the genre.
The ending is purely fantastical as nothing like that happens in the industry.
OF COURSE, this all is super cute.

Find this because YouTube fishing again... Haha... Let's see how interesting this drama is...During a trip abroad, Wen Xi (WX) is kidnapped and dragged into an underground fighting ring run by the ruthless loan shark Mr. Jia. She is offered as a prize to the night's champion, a mysterious fighter named Xu Zheqing (ZQ). However, ZQ is not who he appears to be—he is actually a private security consultant sent to rescue her. Together they escape the criminal organization and survive a dangerous ordeal.
Three years later, tragedy strikes when WX's twin sister, Wen Hao, dies under suspicious circumstances. Determined to uncover the truth, WX assumes her sister's identity and infiltrates the company connected to her death. There, she unexpectedly reunites with ZQ. Their feelings have never completely disappeared, but they now find themselves on opposing sides of a dangerous conspiracy involving revenge, betrayal, and hidden agendas.
As they work through mutual distrust, corporate espionage, and constant danger, their unresolved feelings from the past reignite into an undeniable, fiery romance while they fight to expose the truth.
That's pretty much the story without giving anymore spoilers.
Overall this is quite good for short dramas. The story is good, the acting amazing, the setting, wardrobe and everything is good. This is one of the short dramas that have the budget to film…If you have limited time to watch, this can be one of your choices…

Must watch
It was very nice. I liked the cast and the story line. But the only thing which make me to think is that the mc and ml where together like max of 1 week but they fell for eachother and the mc liked the ml after he comes to know he's a suspicious person. Like how it's possible 🤣 But the story and the direction was very nice topnotch 🤗¿Te ha parecido útil esta reseña?
