ANOTHER HIT FROM DMD !!
I geniunely admire DMD for never missing on bls. Everytime an episode ends, I can't help wondering what would happen next. I love NetJj so much, they did so well portraying Phop and Klao. There were so many unpredictable scenes and that's what I love about this series. The production of this series was very tough, and I could say that every single thing was worth it. The amount of effort they have put in this was crazy, like I was really anticipated from the first till the very last episode. I have been waiting for this series ever since the very first pilot trailer and it geniunely makes me feel so teary-eyed now that it has ended T__T
(Also, my favorite thing about LUAT is Daydream OST:3 I LOVE Bowkylion. When I first heard her voice I was actually loosing my mind 😭😭😭.)
I would like to add the fact that Kim is gorgeous (like I am not even exaggerating when I say he's THAT beautiful). Everytime he appears on screen I just start crashing out because he's too stunning.
Anyways, all I can say is that I am so happy to be here since day one. Believe me when I say it's THAT good. Trust me, everything about this is beautiful and I recommend everyone to watch it !!
(never forgetting that 5 minute scene from tutoryim by the way... it made me wanna bawl my eyes out)

?✨ A Drama That Teaches More Than Just Lessons
Guys, before starting this drama, prepare yourself for an emotional rollercoaster. 🎢 One moment you'll be smiling, the next you'll be frustrated, and then suddenly you'll find yourself reflecting on your own life. And no, our main leads aren't exactly lovers—they're more like friends who deeply care about each other. But don't worry, there's still a sweet little romance sprinkled throughout the story that will warm your heart. 💛
What really stood out to me were the issues this drama tackled. The topic of parental expectations hit especially close to home. Watching parents place the weight of their dreams on their children felt painfully real. I remember once asking my own parents, "Why didn't you become what you expect us to become?" Their answer? "We didn't have the resources you have." When I asked why they didn't try later, the conversation suddenly changed topics. 😅 This drama reminded me that these conversations happen in so many families.
Beyond that, the drama blends school life, crime, action, friendship, and a touch of romance surprisingly well. The characters feel real, their struggles feel relatable, and the story gives you plenty to think about long after an episode ends.
If you're looking for a drama that entertains while also making you reflect on family, dreams, and growing up, then Teach You a Lesson deserves a spot on your watchlist.
P.S. – Sometimes the hardest lessons in life aren't taught in classrooms—they come from the people who love us the most. 💙

Honest Opinion
As someone who had was really looking forward to seeing lattekim in a series I did love this show!I just think I had my expectations too high. every week I was left on a cliffhanger that kept me coming back for more but the ending felt empty.
I also personally struggle a lot with second hand embarrassment and sometimes JJ’s acting admittedly put me off, but they all worked so hard on the show that it doesn’t matter.
Overall a good show! I wouldn’t rewatch but I enjoyed tuning in every week. A bit dissapointed in some aspects but I am just picky.
Well done to everyone in the cast!

Historical, Romance, Fantasy? All three genres fit this series perfectly.
If you like stories like this, you won’t find anything particularly new here. It’s the same old tale that’s been rehashed a million times. And that’s not necessarily a bad thing. Sometimes you just want to sit back and enjoy a familiar story done well. This was actually a very pleasant, beautifully shot, and emotional series that kept me hooked enough to look forward to a new episode every week. The pacing is solid, even though it slows down a little after the midpoint. The characters are easy to like or dislike, depending on the situation.
As a romance, it was mild, incredibly cute, and charming. I genuinely felt that the love between Phop and Klao was real and deep. You could see their feelings in the way they looked at each other, how they talked, how they touched, and how they cared. The teasing, the sweet moments, and the times they showed vulnerability were absolutely adorable. I was really grateful that the story didn’t rely on over-the-top drama to prove their love.
Seeing them reconnect was delightful.
And can we talk about the side characters? Kaew and Jom were the cutest! It was a bit frustrating at times because they just needed to sit down and talk, but I loved how everything turned out perfectly in the end.
Romance aside, I really loved this show for the friendships and the overall warm vibe.
As a fantasy (time travel) story, I understand how difficult it is to do something truly fresh in this genre — and that wasn’t really the main goal here. What mattered more was why he ended up in the past and what he needed to do to find his way back. That emotional core was handled nicely.
As a historical drama, it captured the atmosphere beautifully. It gave me enough detail to imagine the world and how people lived at the time.
Overall, I had a lot of fun watching it. It’s a really good series. My only small complaint is that the miscommunication was dragged out until the very end, and I wish I could have enjoyed their time together in the present a bit more.

A rollercoaster ride
I am really enjoying this drama so far. The drama has a perfect mix of horror, mystery, and adventure. Every episode introduces new clues and secrets, making me curious about what will happen next. The mysterious places and unexpected twists made me want to keep watching. The main characters work well together, and their friendship is one of the best parts of the drama. Another reason for liking this drama is the dark atmosphere and strange cases, the action is also top notch. I love how the story slowly reveals clues instead of giving away all the answers at once. The mysterious events, eerie locations, and unexpected twists make the drama very engaging. It feels like every solved mystery opens the door to an even bigger one. Even though the drama has not ended yet, it has already become one of the most enjoyable mystery dramas I have watched recently, and I cannot wait to see how the story unfolds.Cet avis était-il utile?

I honestly think that it was a really great series. The acting was great, and the chemistry between the actors was amazing. I’m hoping that in the future NetJJ and LatteKim will get more recognition because they both did an excellent job bringing their characters to life. Even though I don’t usually like BLs that involve past lives and time travel, I really enjoyed this one. The story kept me interested, and it was fun to watch. The emotional moments felt genuine, and the characters were easy to connect with. I also liked how the relationship developed naturally throughout the series. The production quality, soundtrack, and overall atmosphere made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, I really liked this series and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a BL with a great storyline, strong performances, and great chemistry between the leads.

10/10 - Absolute Masterpiece!
I just finished the finale Episode, and I am honestly so sad that this journey of waiting for new Episode is over. I used to look forward to new episodes every single Friday, and now it leaves a huge void. To be fair, I don't usually watch historical dramas, but this Series completely blew me away. It is easily one of the best series I have ever seen. Before this, I didn't even know JJ, but his performance along with the entire cast was absolutely phenomenal. On top of that, the music and the soundtrack are incredibly beautiful. Everything about this production is just perfect. I am heartbroken that it's over, but at the same time, I cannot recommend it enough. If you haven't watched it yet, please do yourself a favor and stream it. It deserves all the love! 💖Cet avis était-il utile?
10/10 Loved it
10/10 Loved itLoved the story and the amazing leading men. This was my first bl drama would love to see these two together again.
Have watched it numerous times. Also liked the body guards and their love for each other. Would recommend to anyone is a must see drama. Have started following them on Facebook, they are precious together, couldn't believe how young they are, loved the story line. Have found many bl dramas are centered around colleges or baking so it is a breathe of fresh air. I have several favorites that I can watch over and over and this is definitely one of them. So much chemistry between the leads, many bl are forced with non believable affection.

This is so incredibly beautiful
I wasn't planning to give this a 10. That's a rating I reserve for my absolute favorites: My Personal Weatherman and Khemjira. But then I started selecting the star rating for this review and thought, well damn, I really loved this one!Full disclosure, I'm an older BL watcher and probably have more in common with the leads here than with most of you reading this. Maybe that's part of the appeal for me. But I also think they did a great job. The acting was so good. The storytelling was lovely. There was tension and release but no sharp peaks and valleys. Just the undulating tale of two lovers finding each other and themselves.
I love so many things about this. The chemistry and intimacy was great. The love they showed for each other and the people around them was so real and unadorned. I loved how beautiful their mature faces were. I loved the way they looked at each other.
Watching this one was like a long, warm hug. I didn't know I needed it, but I did.

This drama is true art
This series was a masterpiece. It captured my attention from beginning to end. It had romance, action, angst, comedy; literally elicited every emotion on the spectrum. The cinematography, and costumes were amazing. Everyone MUST watch this drama. I know I'll be re-watching this over and over for years to come.Cet avis était-il utile?
“Some wounds cannot be seen, but they still deserve healing.”
Doctor John is an good medical K-drama that focuses more on pain, emotions and medical ethics than typical hospital stories. The drama starts strong with Cha Yo Han, a genius doctor who can diagnose patients quickly but secretly lives with a condition where he cannot feel pain.
The patient cases are emotional and often raise difficult questions about life, suffering and whether keeping someone alive is always the right choice.
The chemistry between Yo Han and Kang Shi Young feels mature and comforting rather than overly dramatic. One of the strongest parts of the show is watching Shi Young slowly understand Yo Han’s loneliness and stand beside him despite his illness.
The drama becomes more emotional after the reveal of Yo Han’s condition and his connection to the euthanasia controversy.
Some episodes in the second half feel slower and the hospital politics become repetitive. The 3-year separation near the ending may frustrate viewers because it feels unnecessary after all the development.
Still, the final reunion gives a satisfying and hopeful closure. Doctor John may not be a perfect medical drama, but its emotional storytelling, strong acting and meaningful themes make it memorable.

Great Potential That Stopped Halfway
Step by Step is a clear example of a series that had so much potential, but failed to live up to it. The drama started off great, completely hooking you with its workplace setting, but unfortunately, it declined toward the end, leaving us with more questions than answers. The pacing was one of its biggest issues. On one hand, we have Pat and Jeng: they have incredible chemistry on screen, but their story moves very slowly, causing the plot to stall at times. Speaking of the main characters, Pat is adorable, especially when he's drunk, but sometimes he was irritating. There were episodes where his actions were quite questionable and his reasoning didn't make much sense, making it hard to empathize with him.
However, what disappointed me the most about the series was Jaab and Jen's story. At first, the tension between the two of them was so obvious that it completely pulled you in. When they finally kissed, I thought we would finally get to enjoy more of this couple, but the execution was a flat-out "What just happened?". Right after the kiss, they vanished from the screen without a trace. Very bad.
By the time the drama ends, an inevitable feeling of emptiness remains: where is all the middle story, especially Jaab and Jen's? It is a real shame because this series could have been so much better if they had known how to wrap up their character´s storylines instead of leaving them forgotten.

Unfortunate
One of my favorite actors is Im Ji Yeon but this series just isn't it -- it is lingering on stale topics -- I feel the Royal romance troup is pretty much overdone in Asian cinema -- they have her character overacting almost in every scene & she does it well cause she is great but after so long it just becomes annoying. The male lead is the same as any other perfection with trauma owner of a conglomerate no news there Had to stop maybe I will revisit it at another timeCet avis était-il utile?
